Amazing hotel!”

I have lately had a fantastic stay at Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit! Thanks mostly to the hotel staffs from the GM/ Front Desk managers to the Concierge/ F&B staffs, they have simply made my stay pleasant. With their smile and their very friendly manners, I felt welcome though-out my stay. The room is very comfortable with lots of daylight and all of a 5-stars hotel's amenities. Only one downside is the internet connection in the room, it is quite slow! At first I've only planned to stay at the hotel for 2 nights, felt so good that I've extended 3 additional nights!! I'll definitely stay there again next time, I'd also recommend to anyone coming to BKK (whether for business or fun). Pls come and experience yourselves the premise...and you won't be disappointed!

Radisson Suites Sukhumvit is highly recommended to stay for any kind of travellers.From the beginning (airport transfer to hotel),we truly felt the hospitality from the bottom to top staffs.They are fluently in English. Few of them are lack of it, but they would really try their best to describe the subject.Like the cleanliness and the room ambiance.Although the swimming pool is quite small with very cold water but the jacuzzi helped much.Breakfasts were lots of variety and must try items especially on danishes and indian dishes.Radisson locates at the street corner but we could reach Nana main road just in 5 minutes walk.It provides shuttle from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm with the 10 minutes interval to bring us to main road and the nearest dan luxury Terminal 21 shopping mall.The best of it,you can call the staff to pick you up from the shopping mall to go back to hotel.What a great service!No doubt,would be very happy to stay again at Radisson Suite Sukhumvit for our next trip to Bangkok

Extention Night”

The Radisson Suites Hotel, in the Soi 13 Sukhumvit is direct located at Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit. I book about AGODA an extension night – because at my Hotel "Residence Bangkok" I cannot book a special fare. But with the help of the reception specially named Arisa, Bow and Bee we found a solution and I can use my (old) room one night longer. So I can only give advise to read my command for the Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel, because Location, Personal, Pool and Service work together, I am sorry about rooms in Radisson Suites I cannot say anything.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions. I am a creature of habit and tend to revisit and restay at hotels I like. For a number of years my preferred hotel was the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit mainly because of the pool as the rooms although good did not change in over 5 years of staying there and were becoming very dated. About 3 years ago I booked into Sheraton Grande but they did not have a room for the full 15 days I required and I spent the last 5 days on that trip at Radisson Suites which had recently opened. I thought quality was as good, rooms bigger, staff just as friendly and efficient, and all for about half the price. Since then I use this hotel whenever in Bangkok and will continue to do so. They used to have an outdoor seating area at end of restaurant which they have now subsumed into restaurant and that is my only gripe as I liked that seating area.

Luxurious Lazy City Break”

Can thoroughly recommend the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, is a smaller hotel with less than 100 rooms, but this makes it feel more personal. The staff were the best, and would do anything to help. Frequent hotel transfer service for shops and restaurants - wherever you want to go locally, which is great. Room was good size, modern bathroom and fab pool on the roof (was like our own private pool). Best hotel in my opinion in Bangkok.

Best bed ever”

The people that have commented that this hotel is in a bad location should get a life. Radisson Suites is right in the heart of Sukhumvit district. In my case, I was in Bangkok to visit the VFS offices for a new passport, so the location was perfect. Regarding the street flooding issue other people reported. . . This is a non issue. Let me tell you that when it rains, EVERYWHERE in Bangkok turns into a cess pit, so you can't really hold this hotel to account for something beyond their control. This is Bangkok, not Zurich. The 3 majors were all in place: Efficient staff. . . The bed was amazing, I could have stayed in bed forever. . . Breakfast was excellent. You lost a couple of points for some maintenance issues. You should get a competent electrician. I know how hard that is in Thailand. Also, your 5 star rating on Agoda is optimistic. This is a very nice 4 star hotel.

Lovely hotel”

we stayed at radisson suites bangkok during three nights and enjoyed our stay. it's a very nice hotel, with well-decorated rooms. the staff is extremely friendly and the location of the hotel ( sukhumvit soi13) is very good. you can use of the tuk tuk of the hotel to go to the end of the soi or in the area. overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. we can only recommend it to people traveling to bangkok.

Nice Cosy Hotel & Great Stay!”

Stayed here with my parent in Feb 2013 for a week. We arrived late in the evening. We were surprised to be told by the night Manager that the hotel was full and our room were not being reserved. Furthermore, they can't find my booking which i've booked thru agoda website. To ease our confusion, disappointments and tiredness, the night Manager had tried his best not to let us down that he manage to locate a room at another hotel for us. He politely apologize to us and explain that we will be staying at another Hotel for a night which is not far away from Radisson and we will be transfer back to Radisson next day. He was extremely courteous and accompanied us to the said hotel. Check in for us and upgrade us to a suite room with free breakfast and free wifi. Next day, we finally check in at Radisson. On entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities offered by the hotel. The room had a modern look equipped with latest technology. The lights and AC could be controlled easily using the TV remote control. The room was lovely and spacious, comfy bed, clean and large bathroom, the shower water was too weak and small but that suited me fine. Room furniture has lots of marks and dents. The separate lounge area had a large working desk and kitchenette. This hotel is in a great location very close to Nana BTS station. Hotel Tuk Tuk takes you to the main road all day long. The Front Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful! ;)

Beautiful modern hotel with excellent service!”

The Radisson Suites are by far the best value for money I have come across in Bangkok and I will be sure to stay here again. The hotel is beautiful with a modern design and the large rooms are equipped with everthing you could possibly need. I must mention that the bathrooms are particulary well designed. The location of the Radisson Suites is also notable as it's only a short 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok's most famous road, Sukhumvit. Nightlife and Bangkok's trendiest clubs are also walking distance. All in all, great hotel!

Quick stop bangkok”

After reading many reviews, the asylum it was the place to be. I wouldn't agree. However the hotel was maintained very nicely. Better than what I would expect for a radisson in the US. The staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was included in our rate and was exceptional. The radisson was chosen for us when I selected the mystery deal on Agoda. I was pleasantly surprised. It claims that the hotel is a 5 star, I wouldn't agree with that. Overall I was pleased. We stopped at the pool while waiting for our room and my husband got a workout in. The pool and terrace area was very nice, rooftop. Can't complain with that. I would recommend the radisson in sukumvit. But I would want to stay in a different area the next time I'm in bangkok.

During my stay in Radisson suites Bangkok in Sukhumvit i was very happy because of its location where most of the shopping malls are nearby. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly and cooperative. The hotel provides Tuk tuk service to nearby malls and BTS station in Nana.The nightlife is very colourful with disco and masssage centres.

Business hotel suited for vacation.”

The newly built Radiosson is basicly a 5-start business hotel, but suits holiday travellers as well, since it is located on walking distance from Soi 11: the nightlife centre of the Sukhumvit area. With shops, malls, restaurants, bars, massage parlors and clubs close by, the Radisson is a perfect base to have a holiday. When complaining about the noise of an outside airco unit, I was relocated and upgraded. At my first stay I was upgraded to the biggest suite availble. Management and staff are professional and coourtious, remembering first names of their longer staying costumers. Because the walking duistance to the BTS Skytrain is a bit long (about 15 minutes, the hotel offers a free tuk tuk service. The hotel is clean and all rooms are comfortable. Smoking rooms availble on second floor.

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff”

We really enjoyed the two nights we spent at the Radisson Suites Sukhumvit. It's a 5 minute walk from busy Sukhumvit Road but there is a prompt hotel shuttle service if you prefer to keep out of the heat and catch a lift down there where there are plenty of restaurants etc. While it's not close to the main attractions they're all only a short cab ride away. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, attentive staff, excellent buffet breakfast and a good gym located on the top floor next to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, fantastic service”

radisson suites was a fantastic choice for our stay in bangkok because of its location. we were able to hire very reasonably-priced cabs to almost all major areas for shopping and sight-seeing. the hotel has a sumptious breakfast spread and a great buffet. the room was equipped with a tea-coffee maker, an iron and iron-board and had free wi-fi. fr the price that was offered on agoda, this room was a steal!

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Bangkok, for the extra 10 or 20 bucks, book the suite and you wont be dissappointed. All of the suites are very large, with a separate bedroom and living room. I always go with a group of friends and this is the perfect hotel to drink in before you go out and continue when you come back. The service is very good, when we were making to much noise late at night, the hotel staff was nice enough to move us to a floor where we were the only ones on the entire floor. It sounds funny, but we definitely appreciated it as we were just looking to have a good time. The hotel is also within walking distance to Bed Supperclub, which is very popular for night life. Thanks for the many good memories Radisson, I'll see you all again soon!

Best property in the ara for the price point”

I have stayed at this property four times now and it's my go-to place to stay while visiting Bamrungrad for medical appointments. The rooms, though showing age, are still very well designed and furnished with wonderful rain shower heads, endless HOT water, and soft, comfy beds. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, though this time I got a room (719) under the 8th floor gym and the noise above was too much but they, thankfully, moved me to a quieter room in another building. The front desk staff, however, seemed overwhelmed when six guests arrived at the same time. I was first in line but got moved to a podium where the agent left me waiting and others started to check in ahead of me, cutting queue which is common here in Asia. When alerted, they allowed me my place in line but I got the feeling they were not paying attention to the order of arrival and, subsequently, other guests were fighting with each other over who was next in line. Aside from this, my stay was great as always and will be back again soon. Of all the hotel properties in this area of Sukhumvit, I believe the Radisson is still the top place to stay in this price range and look forward to my next visit soon.

Amazing hospitality and location ”

we stayed for four days at radisson suites and had a very pleasant experience. during our stay we had an issue with the sink not draining properly, and the hotel staff tended to it promptly. they were unable to fix the problem and within 2 minutes the hotel manager upgraded us and helped transport our stuff over. the hotel staff helped with everything from places to eat, to taking the shuttle, sky train, places to visit as well as setting up tours and taxis. i could not have asked for a better hotel to stay in, especially for my first time in bangkok.

great hotel with excellent location”

our stay in radisson suites was awesome.. the hotel rooms are spacious and staffs are well mannered & very helpful as well as informative.. although the food variations are not too much, but the hotel is nicely located around lots of restaurant which are 10-15 minutes walk.. you wont be able to get enough of the night life around this place.. you can hangout in local pubs, clubs, restaurant or even take a walk in the famous night market of sukhumvit which is like 10 minutes walk.. if you are going for medical reason then bumrungrad hospital in just 15 minutes walk..

I would recommend staying in this hotel it’s an excellent choice for Bangkok. Sukhumvit is one of the most liveliest parts of Bangkok and close to the shopping malls. The staff were very nice especially the guy who served you drinks up at the pool, he was such a lovely guy and a credit to the Radisson. Although the street was getting worked on at the time so it made it difficult to walk up at times because of the rainy season, they did put a Tuk tuk on, but this was the only set back.
