From the moment I entered the lobby I have to say I loved aura. I relate it to a warm and welcoming home feeling. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who quickly got me on my way to my room. During this stay I was able to gather myself, without being overcome by homesickness. The kids in the area were enjoying themselves without being to loud. So I knew this was welcoming to families. Even with the children playing it was still very quiet in the room. I loved the fact that the living room was seperate from the sleeping quarters. I am highly likely to recommend this Ramada to family and friends as well as visit again soon.

Ramada was absolutely what you think of when you need a place to stay while on vacation. Location is great, atmosphere is great, price very reasonable, and the staff were AWESOME!!!!! DEFINITELY and highly recommend Ramada for anyone in the Scottsdale location

Good”

Location is great for ASU activities. It seems very old and surface clean. A lot of shoddy, still visible repair work, stained tub, broken shower handles, etc. The Ramada by Wyndam fools you into thinking you are getting more...sadly not the case.

The value of the Ramada is very good. I booked a king room and was upgraded to the 2 queen bed suite room. This was very good luck for me as I was forced to stay here for 2 weeks while my next apartment was made ready and I have two cats! The extra space of the 2 queen room was a very good thing! Had a fridge and microwave which came in very handy for me and I did not experience ANY PEST problems. Housekeeping skipped my room nearly every other day and once for 3 days in a row! I had to remind the front desk to have housekeeping clean my room. The fridge started leaking at the start of the second week so I used towels to prevent it from flowing to the middle of the room. Not once did housekeeping remove the wet towels. So, I didn't either. If they weren't concerned, why should I be, right? This isn't the Waldorf Astoria nor is it a crack hotel.

Run down but fine for the price”

Good price. Convenient location with gas stations/food options. Free parking/many spots. Rooms/fixtures/appliances badly in need of repair. Front door of our room had a huge gap between bottom and the floor. Bathroom door stuck/made a very loud noise every time we had to pry it shut or open it. Seems the same with other units because we were kept up all night hearing it. Tub/sink were chipped/stained but clean. Bedding/surfaces were clean. Mattress pull out sofa was stained and found a shoe insole underneath it. The desk staff were courteous but at night seemed overwhelmed (weekend however). House/groundskeepers very courteous. Loud party one night around 10pm but was broken up quickly by security. Hairdryer imploded on the second time of using it after 3 or so min. Made the desk aware but not sure if it was fixed,replaced? Draft beer for sale in the lobby but only 1 of the 6 handles working. Seems like the staff is working hard to maintain it but it needs some $ love

The stay was bad!”

The room was flooded with water in room 247 after a shower the bath tub was leaking there were roaches coming out from the cracks of the bath tub let alone there were smaller roaches on the wall this stay was awful I couldnt get a new room or refund all they said was sorry about your room like that's bad business or the employees didnt care for my stay in for the days I was there bad service and cant recommend this ramada hotel not even an ice machine within walking distance you have to go to main lobby or nearby quick trip to get ice.

Not a Ramada Hotel”

Bad hotel. Only chose it because I thought it was a Ramada. No breakfast, a $100 deposit for “smoke” and was told that once I checked out, if there were no issues the refund would be provided within an hour. Once I checked out, I was told that the refund wouldn’t go out until 3-5 days. Also had roaches in the bathroom, a facet that sounded like there was a leak, and a handicap shower, even though not requested.

Needs repairs”

I have stayed at this facility a few times and every time I've had a room where the blinds have been broken and people can look in. I had to hang a towel over the window one time because of the missing panels on the blind. Also, the carpets should be deep cleaned. They all have stains on them.

Best room it was awesome. The only thing I could have changed is at night there was a couple people who were scary looking but hey I was safe inside my room.

Cockroaches”

The first two rooms had cockroaches, the third room was bug free, however trash had been shoved under the pullout couch, of whick the mattress was completely open on one side. The dishwasher was gross inside and had a chunk of something in it the pullout couch was missing some springs, and when folded, the couch was dirty on one side. The pool water wasn't clear, and the "breakfast" room provided very minimal choices. The waffle maker, I'm guessing, has never been cleaned, as it left black pieces of itself cooked into the waffle, which was never fully cooked the syrup was cemented to the tray it was on, and instead of orange juice, they had tang. Not worth the $5 they charge. The only good thing they had was unlimited coffee in the lobby.

Big comfy rooms, older with new floors, great deal for low rate. Perfect for me!”

Cons -Staff talking so loud I thought there was a fight outside my window. More exterior walkways cleaning needed. Willing to book repeatedly because of the big rooms. Love it!

We paid about $45 for one night. Room was very big with lots of space. However we got there it was hot. Not like AC unit just on 72/75. Like AC off until you turn it on. Then took hours to cool down the room. Staff was not the most friendliest, but hey they got the job done. Overall it was just a solid night.

Very run down. The property has trash in and around. Not a single surface appears to have been power-washed in quite a while, so any coffee soda or whatever has dried in place. I’m the room it’s falling apart and dirty. The central air has been replaced by wall units, yet the original intake vent is covered in grime. I had to call for the leaking toilet, leaking shower and the light switch that was completely broken off. Little bugs 🐜 crawl around probably due to the filth in the corners wherever two all’s meet. The staff are friendly. That’s for sure. Also, clearly people are living at this place. I came out the first morning and two teens had their book bags for school a d were getting high in the courtyard.

I'd give - stars if there was the option... the place is infested &encouraged drugs, prostitution., mentally ill nurse individuals in every open doorway! Rooms getting broken into in pure daylight, and they accuse people not even on property! They are crooks, taking your deposit, short stay you no refund, charge your cc whatever they want. Front desk is beyond rude, your treated as non existent , dont help you with anything at all except when they want to make up something, like no pets but dogs and mini horses..? Really.? While there are multiple rooms with many other animals there... the place is dirty, stained and ripped couch cushions which they ll try to charge you for. Filthy walls. Carpets , floors. My room stunk like wet dirty dog and stale blood or something worse from the floors and walls for 4days. I have to by air freshener. Candles, and cleaner to clean the room! The price is not worth the experience there, its dangerous, discussing, down right atrocious,
