Family trip to Legoland”

Ramada Meridin is an absolutely amazing hotel if you are traveling with both your kids to Legoland. Located within 10-15 mins walking distance of Legoland Johor Bahru, the hotel offers excellent features. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Legoland every morning between 10-10:30AM and return shuttle between 5-5:30PM. For example step into level 5 and you will be amazed at the spectacular view of the pool area, outdoor fitness center and walkways which will give you calmness that you soul seeks. Not only that, the continental buffet breakfast is very nice and offers great options. The rooms are big and particularly the family suite rooms which we booked through Agoda at an amazing rate! Not only that both the bathroom's were great too and comes with separate bedrooms. Yes its a bit far away from the City but if you are looking for a calm and quiet environment which is also windy, do not give a second through for this property.

Dear Ramada Meridin Managment, I would love to express my gratitude towards the hotel and staff. This is my 3rd time i have visited and stay in this hotel, everytime i am going to visit Legoland with my family. Check in on 6 Jan 2020 @ 10am, check out 8 Jan 2020 , 1300hrs. We are staying in room : 52512. So the compliments begins with the hotel lobby staff upon check in, no delays, fast, very polite and very2 friendly. was welcome happily by them. Complimentary refreshing drinks was served at the lobby while waiting for check in. smell of the hotel lobby is so relaxing. Bell man help us all the way for our luggage to be brought to our rooms. very friendly. We love having breakfast there and lunch and dinner at the.. We try room service and dine in, and even the pools.. my both kids love the pool that much.. we swim for almost 3 hours playing at the pool. we brought our own kids amenity like kids and baby float. The hotel rooms are super clean and neat and tidy!

Best place as part of Legoland visit”

I am very satisfied with the hotel. It was easy to find it and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Our Premium Suite was new and very accommodating. Although, the hotel is currently located 'in the middle of nowhere', you'll not be out of mind when you have a car. My family prefers this hotel because of its location near Legoland. Hopefully there will be a shuttle service from Ramada Meridin to Legoland in the future.

Prior to booking a Premium Suite, the hotel Facebook page was responsive and provided useful information to me. The spacious 2 BR apartment comes with 2 toilets, a dining area, a living room, and a yard to air/dry clothes. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a calming view of a forested area and mountains further away. The windows in the living room and bedrooms could be opened slightly for those who like to have fresh air instead of using the air-con. The food at Delish restaurant on Level 5 was superb. The ala carte menu for lunch and dinner on weekdays included Western and Asian favorites. Every dish looked great (Instagram-worthy), was served with a smile, portion was generous, and tasted great. Dining at Delish was also value-for-money. Ramada Meridin has 3 pools. The main infinity pool has jacuzzis at the sides and the two smaller pools caters for kids (wading pool) and for aqua-aerobics. An enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Spacious rooms, excellent staff...”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Room was spacious, full amenities, hair dryer, room safe, coffee and tea facilities. The staff in Ramada were all friendly, polite and ever so helpful. They're really amazing! Breakfast was awesome! Too many choices. Located few minutes drive to Legoland. Definitely will stay at Ramada Meridin again.

Good location”

If you want to go to Legoland & want to save up on your accomodation because you & your kids will spend inside the Legoland for the whole day not in Legoland Hotel, Ramada Meridin is your best choice. Very close to Legoland & with good breakfast at the hotel.

Wonderful experience”

We stayed for 2 nights in Ramada Meridin. Overall we were satisfied with the services provided. All the staff, right from the front office, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping were very fast to respond to our queries and needs. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Room service menu is very affordable and delicious. Breakfast buffet was awesome with many varieties. Only downside is the facilities there. Hopefully in future, the hotel can have entertainment rooms, kids' room, spa and more eateries. 😁

Excellent facilities, but bad services”

I stayed at Ramada Meridin from 4th to 6th Feb, as the hotel is just close by to LEGOLAND & the facilities are brand new. However, the services were appalling. I pressed the housekeeping button on the 2nd day when I left for LEGOLAND hoping the room to be cleaned once I got to the room, but not done. Was it not the housekeeping should be daily? I called the housekeeping that night, spoke to the operator, but yet the housekeeping didn't show up. I just gave up! In the end, no housekeeping was done during my 3 days stay. Brand new facility, but really2 bad service!

Great place ”

If you are in Johor Bahru for legoland, then this is the place. Very near , good food, all facilities, reasonable rates are the major points. Stayed here with family for 02 nights. Thoroughly comfortable stay and highly recommended.

excellent service, good breakfast, very nice and comfortable room”

pro: 1. we book a premium suite for 3days and 2 night. and we get the exactly room from the photo in agoda. it was huge like u can fit 10 people in it. got kitchen cabinet/pantry where u can put lots of food supply and im satisfied enough. excellent! 2. i love the breakfast! vast and variety! also big applause for that. 3. clean room for sure. room on high floor can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and i think i can see singapore from my suite. 4. near with the legoland. it takes only few minutes to get there by car. i think it just 1-2km from the hotel. cont: 1. it was too far from the city of johor bharu. very2 far. it could be the best stay for family if u just want to go to legoland itself.

Overall is good but the in room air-cond not function”

Overall everything is good.. this is my second time staying at Ramada Meridin hotel when visit legoland. But, this time the in room air-cond is not functioning.. tried adjust the temperature to 16°c, but still feel very warm and hard to sleep at night..

Very good”

It’s our second stay at Ramada Meridin within 6 months. 1. It’s new and clean 2. Included breakfast was good 3. It’s 5-min driving distance to LEGOland 4. Staff are friendly Just wish to have moveable hanger to dry our swimsuit after water play.

3 months old new hotel in an apartment layout”

It is a 3 months old new hotel in an apartment layout with just 2 minutes drive from Legoland and Mall of Meridin. Was given a room with their highest floor at 32nd floor with a view of the Legoland. The hotel was connected with residence as well. Car park was complimentary. Breakfast was local cuisine. There are pool and gym. Their pool also comes with exercise facilities. Currently, nearby has nothing so has to drive out if you need a bite as hotel does not have room service at night. Service staffs were friendly and helpful. The only cons are the water pressure from the shower were pathetic like in a sense of dripping. Overall is fine.

New and nice hotel”

We checked in at 11pm at night, but the staff get us the room with pretty easy.. nice space room. We went to Johor to go to Legoland, and The distance to legoland is quite close, less than 1km.. Good breakfast variety menu. We had a nice stay at Ramada Hotel

Value for money”

Pros: The room is big. Staff at the restaurant (5th fl) are very friendly and accommodating. Food at the resto are affordable and the servings are big. Walking distance to Legoland but the hotel has a shuttle bus to and fro Legoland. Cons: On our way back home, I realized I left my dress in our hotel room's closet. What I don't get is nobody informed / messaged me that we left something in the room to think that we checked out at 12nn at went back at 3:30pm to have our lunch again at the resto. For sure the cleaners should have seen it. So sad, I just wore that dress once. 😞

Nice hotel”

If you wish to stay near Gelang Patah or Legoland, then this hotel may be ur choice. But if you need to travel to JB, then it may need another 30-40 min by highway. For me, I am quite satisfied on overall. Parking is complimentary. There is convenient shop near the lobby but closed most of the time. You can go to Puteri Harbour for beer if you want.

Excellent”

Good hotel for those whose target Legoland for holiday, it is a bit far from Johor Bharu city center. Improvement: Take long time to check in although there are 2 customers only (myself and another couple). 2 front desk officers serve 1 customer at a time.

Great new hotel near Legoland”

A new hotel which located just 3 minutes driving distance away from Legoland. Check in easy, did not take deposit, and got a free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities needed include bathrobe and slippers (but we didn't use it). Breakfast was good, but food replacement took a little longer time, but still acceptable. The hotel with a nice design of swimming pool which is better than a lot of hotel around this area. Overall it is a good hotel if you are going to Legoland.

Good Experience but Could Have Been Even Better”

The Hotel looks like serviced apartment at first, with its awkwardly placed reception counter and I noticed the security guard has to constantly direct "first-time" drivers to make the right turn to the hotel lobby's external area. Rooms are clean and new (since it's newly built), very close to Legoland and Mall of Meridin. Breakfast was so-so for us, not many choices.

Legoland Visit”

Took the classic suite. The room was clean. The breakfast spread was ok, but go early to avoid the crowd. Nice pool area and facilities. The location is out of the way, but if you are going to legoland, then its perfect as its only about 5 mins drive away. theres a small minimart in the hotel but its overpriced, took a drive to 7-11 which was just down the road. overall happy with the stay and will stay again next time we go to legoland. recommended
