Good Value for Money”

Ramada Powai is a little towards outskirts but is really peaceful. The hotel is neat and clean and has good food choices at reasonable prices. Mostly Corporate travelers here but the hotel is also good for family stay when you need a quite place to relax.

Very friendly, efficient, and convenient”

We've stayed here before, and I returned for a day trip for a seminar in Powai. Even though the seminar was in another hotel, I was still more comfortable staying at the Ramada as I knew exactly what to expect from the staff, the facilities and amenities. Clean throughout, well maintain, well staffed, and a very easy place to stay for a short trip.

Excellent Service with Value for Money ”

I often stay at Ramada Powai when I am in Mumbai, mainly because of their excellent staff who are very customer focused. Though their location is not exactly great, but once in the Hotel one is happy to have chosen Ramada.The staff at the front desk, specially Sourabh, Pankaj and Kevin ensure that the guests are comfortable.

Value for money hotel in Powai ”

Ramada Powai is often my hotel of choice. It matches up to any good four star hotel except for its location. If it not for the subway, I would always stay at the Ramada Powai. The staff are friendly, the rooms well appointed and the food of good quality too.

Overall nice service & Great food ”

this is my first business trip to mumbai, and staying in ramada definitely makes the trip better- good location (only 15min from airport), great service, and gorgeous food. overall the staff was very friendly. however, there was a little problem i faced with one of the staff that in the end, took 1 hr to help us with a very simple printing service.. and the hotel doesn't really compensate you for that too. hence, these two factors canceling each other out, i would still recommend the hotel, but definitely not a perfect score from me.

away from suburbs , located in silent space , surrounded by hills near powai. once you are in hotel - deserve to enjoy all luxuries.

Very comfortable, staff were very helpful”

The Ramada is a very comfortable hotel. It is located close to the Hiranandani Hospital which is were my baby was born and allowed me easy access. When my baby was discharged from hospital the baby and myself were easily and comfortably accommodated. The staff were very helpful and assisted with my multiple requests. The room service menu was excellent. I stayed in this hotel for 1 month and was very appreciative that it was so nice and that the staff were so friendly.

good vfm new business hotel in powai”

new hotel so well equipped rooms...good price considering other hotels in mumbai...rooms are very small in size and location is very dull in evenings...however...if you have to stay in powai then it is a good option...

Situated in Mumbai, this hotel is close to Powai Lake, Santacruz Electronic Export Processing Zone, and MIDC Industrial Estate. Local attractions also include Film City and NSE Exhibition Centre

A good experience admist limited options”

This was an extended business trip for 2 weeks. I re-booked Ramada after staying here for a week and the overall experience was Nice. The buffet breakfast is a bit sad and could have been much better. The in room dining food is good although there are limited options. The staff is courteous and quick which gives it a plus. The location is just okay as you would have to go through some small lanes to get to the hotel which itself has a large property. The hotel was booked for marriages and they could clearly not handle the number of guests which were around. The breakfast tables were messy due to this. For peace loving people book rooms on higher floors. Also check if they have any marriage booked. Avoid if thats the case.

Great service. Great stay in Ramada”

We had a fantastic time. Service was great. Breakfast variety and quality are very good. The pool and the complementary shuttle service is a plus. Hotel only 30 Km from Mumbai city center but traffic is terrible and it can take you over 1 hour to get to India Gate....

Nice Hotel, good ambiance, YUMMY FOOD”

I booked my room via Agoda.com and had a non-smoking room preference. I reached with my family at 10:30 PM and room was given to me with normal formalities. But when I entered the room I found I have been given a smoking room and a door connecting another room ( this was in case some one books 2 rooms with a big family). Next morning I requested the guy at the reception that I wanted to change the room as it's not as per my requirements and the staff was polite to change our room. Overall rooms are quiet clean and well maintained. The breakfast is extremely delicious and if you are going with small children you have lot of things from donuts, breads, cereals, chocos, eggs etc. The room service is also very nice and helpful. To reach the hotel one has to pass through dirty and narrow lanes, but due to overcrowded city /metro like Mumbai's one has to accept this. The hotel is Value for Money.

Good hotel with great service”

the rooms in this hotel are good sized and clean. they have a nice pool and the skky restaurant has a fabulous atmosphere although it is a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. the service at both the hotel and the restaurant is very good. they offer airport pick up and drop off at a reasonable price.

It was Good”

I went to Mumbai for business trip, got some recommendations and hence I booked this hotel. It was it good experience overall with clean rooms and friendly staff. They were all helpful and good in customer service. Nice restaurant they have with great menu that is so hard to decide which to eat. Beautiful atmosphere and great for couples.

Excellent service, Really nice hotel”

we spend a few days to detox after a very busy trip on the north of india. we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the hotel room. breakfast was great! plenty of everything and the staff was fantastic. they were all very polite and making the most of our stay

Took it because nothing else was available; Can't complain”

A little far off from the main buzz of Powai. It's a little hard to get to due to the roads decreasing quality the farther its get from the nexus of two highways this hotel is of the exit of. Can't criticize the place. It's comfortable, but I'd recommend Rodas in Powai for a much better stay.

pleasant stay, close to powai main area, just 40 mins drive from airport. my stay was more for business purpose so would recommend it to anyone with that purpose.

Disappointing hotel with low standards”

The dark brown decor does nothing to lift the atmosphere in this disappointing hotel. The location is subject to the notorious delays from Mumbai traffic - but more than 30 minutes for 2km from the main highway is ridiculous. Every time you use the elevator you are harangued by the guy from the gift shop opposite - there is enough of this nuisance outside in Mumbai and it is not welcome inside the hotel. The rooms were adequate but dated. Internet was slow, intermittent. Sleep disturbed several times every night by packs of feral dogs behind the hotel. In the restaurant things are no better - service is slow, not customer focused - best learn to ask for things because they never offer even a glass of water and walk around with their heads down, not making eye contact. Refill of the buffet dishes is slow and several times in 4 days prevented me from having my choice of dishes. One morning the cold milk was empty - they never check and seem to rely of customers to tell them about things like this - I duly notified them and waited - some 5 minutes later a refill arrived and was placed into the display - no one me offered to add the milk to my waiting bowl of cereal or even advised me that milk was again available. The cereal containers at breakfast appear to have congealed remains of food splashes around the containers - 4 days like this, never changed. Was that an egg bar at the back or just a moving stage? There is no sign to say what, if anything is on offer there. The chefs always have their heads down and backs to the serving counter. The only customer interaction that I saw was another guest complaining about unhygienic practices when they were preparing his omelette and walking away in disgust - this was also the only hint I ever saw that they were prepared to serve breakfast dishes other than the buffet. Will not even consider staying there again - there are other hotels nearby if ever I am working near Powai again.

Fantastic on food, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good view on mount of Powai. Good road access to airport. Good facilities for fitness.
