EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY & GROUPS.”

Excellent resort next to wonderful beach which is quite exclusive. Small separate homes / rooms for guests which is good for privacy. However everything is super noisy when large groups book this hotel for company vacations. Too much noise till late night.

Lovely spot right on the beach”

Our room was comfortable and cozy (though beds in Thailand tend to leave a lot to be desired). We were very close to the beach and enjoyed dinner maybe 30 feet from the water with an unobstructed view. Check-in was easy and quick, as was check-out, and we got a great deal on Agoda.

Great place, nice pool (not that big but really fine), right on the beach, the beach is pretty clean, friendly staff, clean rooms. One negative. It can be quite noisy in the evening till late. There was loud music till midnight. Not that great when you have kids who want to sleep.

Beautiful Beach”

Beautiful beach, nice pool and very clean. The resort has a great breakfast. Large honeymoon suite with nice washroom! Nice deck and chairs facing the ocean.

Nice place ”

Very nice hotel well located, on a nice beach with also a lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast but we can't eat outside, only in the air conditioned room this is the only negative thing Staff is friendly and helpful.

Especially Honey beach room, just only 10steps will reach the beach, breakfast is marvellous, all staff is so nice. Must try!

Great location with big clean rooms”

Room was clean, and everything worked. Great location on the beach which was lovely. Breakfast was free, however its not worth paying for if you have to!

The hotel situates in a calm and quite private beach. Very suitable for ones who need a serene vacation.

It better to extended for swimming time ”

We very all of building in this resort, but just only one thing that i shall mention if you can extended time for close swimming pool its will great for the journey who came late check in in this hotel!

Nice place to spend 1-2 days, nothing much to do in the area. Beach not comparable to other, more beautiful (white sand) beaches in Thailand :-(

Value for money”

Small pool is under repaired. But they offer alternating choice at sistered hotel , 2km. away Haadtuen Kluensoey hotel whose service is under standard . At first pool attendant asked for 20bahts for 1 towel . Buffet breakfast is normal ,tastes well .Herbal noodle soup is outstanding. Cleanliness is fair. still long hair from the former customer on the floor. Little noisy beach from corporated customers.

Not easy to find, Need own transport. check in, staff friendly, gave us long list of rules for the hotel, including fines, etc, and no externally sourced food to be brought to resort. block A was high end rooms (honey suite) on first row of beach, row B mid range (honey beach) behind row A, and row C the furthest from beach. bungalows about 4 years old, but look older. the "cozy rooms" are duplex type apartment blocks.. The first two blocks have sea views. These are recently built, and cheapest. We checked in to B1, small room, with low ceiling, giving a "caravan" like feel, but reasonable outdoor porch. air conditioning unit was vibrating and making a loud noise, so we changed to B2 which smelled damp, due to large damp patch in the ceiling where water was leaking. We were shown many other rooms B3, seemed ok. Then C block and cozy rooms which were downgrade (cheaper option). They said we could not be upgraded to A block although the resort was empty. bungalow rooms are cheaply fitted, and poorly maintained. We downgraded to newer apartment type room, but were not offered any refund. room smelled musty. One pillow was stained with no cover, one bed sheet stained, floor not clean. size of room was around 30m2. The bed consisted of a concrete platform with 2 single mattresses, which may have been filled with concrete-extremely firm and uncomfortable. The room was fitted out with concrete furnishings. The swimming pool/beach/garden was ok. The resort was quiet. we went to the restaurant (no phone in room for room service) but staff said they had no food! (Check in notices regarding no external food to be brought in!) The staff suggested we go to 7-11 for food! It was hard to tell if this was true or they just couldn't be bothered to do any work. My experience of other resorts in this area is that if they can't provide you food, they will go elsewhere to get food for you. We did not try breakfast. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Room faced the beach so it was very pleasant. It was not crowded when we went so it was enjoyable for us. Wi-fi was very bad. Room and bathroom needed improvement.

Honey beach is very romance even the room is quite small but just a few steps you will be on the beach. A few choices of breakfast. Overall is good.

Without GoLocal campaign I wouldnt recommend this place since everywhere else was booked out. Paid 1200 for extra bed and got a hard-rock mattress put on the floor instead of a proper 'extra bed'. Room was full with ants and a/c was loud. Next to beach is great but the beach is dirty and full of rubbish. Service was nice though.

Nice Hotel with good cost”

not too many people, very close to the sea(than other hotel around jao lao), good for people who would like to run away from the city and find the peaceful from the east sea. recommend to reserve this hotel via agoda not to buy at the front because the cost is so different.
