Super hotel with an amazing staff”

We spent 5 nights at Rawi Warin and enjoyed our stay here. We had booked a Deluxe room which was located at top of the hilltop. As we were traveling with a 3-year-old, we were very dependent on the shuttle service which was unfortunately delayed during the peak hours. Once we spoke to the very competent staff, they gave us a similar room closer to the main areas of the resort. The breakfast is excellent and so is the food served at the pool bar. The staff was super freindly and helpful in every way. The resort is located near a handful of great restaurants which made it possible to eat out a few of the nights. All in all a great resort which we would recommend and also return to in the future! Thank you for making or stay in Koh Lanta an enjoyable one.

LOVED our stay here”

The room is very large and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The walk from any part of the resort to the pools is short. It's hard to get a sunbed in the middle of the day because it's hard to tell which ones are occupied when people walk away and leave their towels...if it's towels and no other possessions, move them away and help yourself to the beds. The main pool is HUGE!!! The pond area is so gorgeous. The beach is great and has lots of sun beds. The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever seen. Just thinking about Rawi Warin makes me happy. If you need to rent a motorbike or buy anything at all, walk out of Rawi Warin and take a right and keep walking down the street for like 10 minutes. If you mention the name of this super luxurious resort, your prices will double instantly haha.

Fantastic Resort catering mostly to the stay-in guest”

I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the Rawi Warin. The staff there are - in my experience - exceptionally welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate your wishes. I did not make use of most of the facilities, as I was busy seeing the rest of Koh Lanta. I would like to highlight the overwhelmingly lavish breakfast buffet, the chlorine free infinity pool (good for a quick dip, especially just before sunset) and the shuttle service, which was very convenient when staying in a deluxe room on top of the hill. A few downsides was that the shuttle service ended at midnight, and that list prices at the bar did not include tax and service charges.

A true 5 star hotel in beautiful Koh Lanta”

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rawi Koh Lanta. Koh Lanta itself was our favourite place we visited when we travelled to Phuket. We stayed at the Rawi over the xmas period which meant we paid a lot for a room, Way more than the rest of the year - so in terms of value for money our score would be higher if we travelled at another time. The hotel has immaculate grounds and great facilities including the pool and the beach front setting. The staff were lovely and it was our favourite breakfast on our break. Our only complaint was the food at the poolside was pretty poor - although it wasn't too expensive. I think this was one of the best places to stay on the island, right in the centre a short taxi ride from the action - I would recommend and would consider if I returned (which I hope to) to Koh Lanta. Perfect for families

Lovely resort”

We stayed 9 nights off season in June 2016 with three children. The resort is in a lovely garden setting and the rooms were very clean and pleasant. The room was a long distance from the main lobby but there were always staff waiting to take you up in a buggy. The staff were friendly and helpful and very caring. Our children found an injured kitten and the staff offered to take it to a vet. When our daughter slipped and hurt her leg the manager called our room and offered medical assistance. The injury was not at all serious but it was nice to know they cared. The beach was not great but that was due to high tides and turbid water from the monsoon. This was to be expected. In high season the beach would be very good. The local people around the resort were very welcoming and we had only good experiences with the tours that were organised through the local businesses. Everything we paid for we got and we were given good discounts due to the low season. We would come back to Rawi Warin again.

Wonderful week at a beautiful resort ”

We spent one week at Rawi Warin as a family with two young kids and couldn’t have been happier. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a spectacular ocean view. Particular great to sit in the bath and stare out at the sea. The hotel itself and the rest of the grounds are really spectacular with lily ponds everywhere. The staff were simply excellent- always smiling, friendly and helpful to us. The beach is also great - it’s a fairly private beach that’s clean and not crowded like some other Thai beaches. I wasn’t that happy with my last holiday in Thailand (in Khao Lak) but this one more than made up for it. Breakfasts overlooking the hotel ponds were also wonderful.

GREAT HOTEL WITH LOUSY GUESTS”

Hotel is great and value for money. All facilities great. Rooms are large and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was really beutiful sleeping and waking up wave sounds. All staff were great and helpful, but receptionists need extra applause. They were always smiling and really try their best to your needs. Thanks for all, they were the best ever reception staff we ever met. Unfortunately we won't return back to this hotel again, because of their guest range. I'm not going to say the nations name but almost 95% of guests from one nation. Don't get me wrong I'm not racist, my wife also from that nation. But really you won't want to spend your holiday, with that many noisy and unrespectful people. Of course hotel doesn't have anything to do with it. Anyway thanks to Rawi Warin for their hospitality.

Best experience”

Hotel staff were phenomenonal!! Best customer service I've ever experienced. Facilities in the hotel were always 100% clean, no matter what time of the day. It was my wife's and I honeymoon and we could not have been happier with Rawi Warin. I have travelled quite abit and Rawi Warin has topped it all by far. Thank you staff of Rawi Warin

A perfect destination!”

We stayed for 7 nights and could not fault anything during our stay. The staff were all fabulous and could not do more to help you. The Pond Rooms are spacious and have everything you could possibly need. The Spa was beautiful and the treatments were excellent. The food was good at all the restaurants. The gardens and pond are kept immaculately, such a lovely feature. We would like to return to Rawi Warin.

Stunning stunning stunning”

This was our second visit to Rawi Warin and it was just as good this time as last. Amazing hotel, beautiful views, staff are super friendly. Food at the hotel is good, breakfast selection is excellent and quality of evening food very good, if a little more expensive than outside of the hotel. Absolutely no complaints at all, would definitely recommend this for a great relaxing hotel with all amenities onsite if you don't want to venture out, but equally there's plenty of opportunity for excursions and good restaurants nearby.

This place is wonderful : the garden is.beautiful, the rooms are great and the staff is perfect and very kind ! I would like to give a special «Thank you» to the pool bar team (Toni, Mee and Lay) who helped us having a wonderful stay in Rawi Warin ! The breakfast team is also very professional and the food is as good as.the people are extremely kind and funny :-) I would like to ask also to the director/owner to take care of Tiger, the lovely cat who comes from time to time at sunset as he is a real entertainment for the client and one of.the many reasons why we love this place so much! Stunning”

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are great - we got one half way up the hill and so had a great view of the sunrise/sunset. The onsite facilities are great, lovely beach. The staff are all very friendly too. I would have happily spent more time here. If we ever come back to Koh Lanta we'll be staying at this resort/hotel. The room we had was really nice - the only criticism would be the way the lighting is done. Some more uplighting and maybe dimmers would improve things. But that's being super picky! The breakfast buffet is more than anyone could really want. The swimmings pools and access to the beach are great. There's table tennis, pool tables etc for use. The staff are all very helpful. We hire mopeds from across the road and got to the otherside of the island (old town) - i'd highly recommend that..

Five Star Resort”

Rawi Warin Resort locate on the cliff. You can call for travel around resort by electrical minicar. Resort is calm and restful. Breakfast is buffet. I like dessert.

The best stay I’ve had in my life.”

This place is just heaven. From the staff, to the location, to the property itself. This place exceeded my expectation beyond belief and I would no doubt come back to this island mainly just to stay here. Thank you Rawi Warin! I love you guys.

A relaxing retreat in the hilltops of Koh Lanta”

My stay here with a friend was pure bliss. The hotel room it self was beautiful and spacious, with very modern and characteristic fittings. We had a seaview of the long coastline, just over their hill top infinity pool. Dinner was excellent, and so was breakfast, And we really enjoyed the pool and beach where we got to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Koh Lanta is one of my favourite Thai islands to visit, and I will most certainly stay here again if I get to visit again!

Nice Hotel”

Raw Warin sits on a great location right on a nice secluded beach and gardens are well maintained. Unfortunately there are a lot of rocks in the sea so swimming at low tide is not great. Swimming pools are well maintained and beautiful. Staff are very helpful especially #Toni at the pool bar and his staff. Breakfast is nice enough though I think they could do with a daily Thai noodle soup station. Pool bar area could be redesigned to make it more attractive . One area that definitely needs upgrading is the towels both in rooms and pool. They are really letting the hotel down for using such old and used towels.

Great hotel/resort”

Beautifully laid out resort with lots of attention to detail. Koh Lanta doesn't have a lot happening... but this resort is a great spot to swing by and relax and recharge!

Amazing time”

We wanted to move around in Ko Lanta, but ended up spending whole time in this hotel w/o going outside its territory. Everything was just amazing, the spa, villa, restaurant, pools, gardens and of course the beach. Just amazing!

Paradise in nature”

We spent great 4 days at the resort. We all 4 just love it. You never got feeling that there are so many people, despite the fact that resort was full. Always able to find some privacy, on the beach and everywherelse in the resort. It is at the beginning of a very long beach with many nice restaurants. So you could choose eating in hotel or any other restaurants in the walking distance. Easy also to get tuk-tuk if you do not want to walk. Rooms are very spacy&clean we managed to get connecting rooms with the seaview. Brilliant! We have not tried pool, because swimming in the sea was fantastic. Reception could do a bit faster check-in, but you are on holidays.😉 We used resort transfer. Super. It took us around 3 hours from Krabi airport. I like the type of tourists in the hotel. Not loud, everybody enjoying hollidays. To sum up, it was just perfect!😎
