Budget Hotel at great location”

Stay at Ray Parc hotel for 2 nights in Jan 2019 because of an appointment at Mid-Valley. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Mid-Valley. Check in and check out were smooth . I were allocated at floor 7 and my room was over-looking a high-end condominium. The window was facing the East and the room is reasonable spacious. The furniture in the room was a bit tired and needed to be replaced. The bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was working well. However, the kettle wasn't working and I requested for a replacement. The replacement kettle also not working and I just given up for requesting another replacement. Considered what I had paid for the room rate and this is a 3* hotel, therefore I didn't expect much from it.

Value for money”

If you are looking for a nice and simple hotel with a tight budget, Ray Parc Hotel is the answer. Located near KL Sentral and Mid Valley City, the hotel offer a nice hotel at affordable price. The breakfast buffet were average at best but for below RM100 per night, it's worth the money.

Great Experience”

Sometimes you never know what option of room agoda can offer for you. Worth every penny spend! The staff very friendly, room service are very good. Located not far from the city. Suitable price with a good rooms. Looking forward to stay if returning to Kuala Lumpur again

Good for a wash-up and sleep”

The hotel room is clean when enter. Quite near to Mid Valley, but if walking under the hot sun, it's not great. Plus, may have problem crossing the highway. Grab would be best, cost only around RM6 one way. Perhaps due to post MCO it is at its most basic: beds, bathroom and cabinets. TV is there, but nothing is playing. All others amenities stated on Agoda were not available, such as kettle, hair dryer, mini bar, in-room safe box, ironing facilites, not even a desk & chair. No complementary water and daily housekeeping too. Toiletries included a piece of soap and a small tube of shampoo. Well, it's fine if you are not expecting much for the price paid, and just needed a place to stay and wash up. Please ensure the guest keep quite during late night and early morning. The neighbour was having a party up till 12 midnight and again around 5-6 am. Not extremely loud, but could hear the music pounding through the walls. Evidence was shown by the confetti on the floor outside the room.

not walk able to mid valley, if you really need to walk, it takes 30 min walk beside the main road. good for exercise. smelly pillow case (maybe my room only). good to train toleration. good water pressure, yeah this is good. real basic breakfast, rm90 / night, what you expect for? not customer oriental other nation receptionist, understand that boss always around, maybe stress to talk more.

CHEAP AND GOOD”

The hotel just 3 stars.. The location is ok for use but there’s no restaurant nearby.. The price was affordable.. Hotel near the Mid Valley Mall and we just use grab.. its so near.. The breakfast is variety but the tastes are little bad..

Overall ok”

A bit far from mid valley, KTM and lrt bangsar (walking distance) but still ok. Staff friendly. Stay 2 nights with RM 88 included taxes and breakfast. Worth with this price. Old furniture. Overall ok

Simple and relatively more spacious room”

The hotel is located close to Mid Valley Megamall. It takes around 10 minutes on foot. However, the route to the mall is not very well lighted. It was a little scary walking back to the hotel at night. Would recommend to use grab instead. The staff at the reception counter was well-mannered and helpful. Our standard room with a queen sized bed is more spacious than some other hotels at similar price range. The wash basin in room 609 seemed to have partially blocked. The water takes time to leave the wash basin. Wanted to inform the receptionist but forgotten during check out. Would recommend traveller who does not want to spend too much on accommodation to stay here. You might have to take a grab to destinations. There is a KTM right outside of Mid Valley Megamall.

I don’t know what to feel ”

Due to some technical issues we faced for our booking, the hotel upgraded our room to deluxe room for free. Thankful for that. But our stay was a nightmare as the electricity of the room went off more than 30 times in a single night! We figured out how to reset the switchboard, so we just fixed it by ourselves. In the end we turned off the A/C and that’s when the power stopped tripping. We didn’t really sleep for the night. Anyway, this hotel is still considered a decent one if you are looking for a budget stay near mid valley.

All is good ”

the room exactly similar with the image showned. staffs are friendly. the location also strategic. the price is reasonable and very worthy compared to the other pricey hotel with bad review. the free parking also provided just in front of the building. overall, sure will stay again if i come to KL.

Surprisingly good place”

For less than RM70 on promotion when I booked this place, it surprised me because the room was more spacious than I thought compared to other hotel rooms offering the same price. The room was well-lit and had it's own TV with basic Astro. There was even free breakfast until 11am. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is slightly hidden and hard to find. Besides that, this place has potential to be a 4-star hotel. Quite recommended.

Worth it ”

With the price that u paid..i think it was worth enough. The breakfast was ok..not so much variaty. The room was clean n huge. But the only problem is on their toilet. Toilet n sink holes are clogged. Not well maintainance on the building. But..still nice place to stay cause it is very close to mid valley mall..and u can anytime using foodpanda/grab food to order food.

Pros: 1.Cheap 2.Mid Valley is just a stone's throw away 3.Check in and check out was hassle free 4.Has window view 5.Has Astro 6.Peaceful surrounding -sight of trees from my room 7.Room is quiet- you don't hear noise from the road Cons: 1.A lot of things still bear the old name "My Hotel" 2.Only one receptionist who is friendly but lacks professionalism 3.No Chinese speaking staff 4.Restaurant seems to be purely handled by foreigners. Bad experience. Food is too salty and spicy. 5.One of the two lifts is down while the other is small,dark,smells of cigarette smoke and buttons are glued with pieces of white paper with numbers printed on them. 6.Corridor smells of cigarette smoke 7.Room is dark. Not a good place to study/work. 8.Water is yellowish 9. Towels are stained 10.Chair needs to be replaced 11.Telephone doesn't look like it has been cleaned 12.Place to shower doesn't have a glass door so one easily wets the whole toilet. The best hotel because provide best facilities such as 1. a good & kindness staff ( Mr Maran-frontline) 2. a comfortable room, 3. Having breakfast with value price of hotel 4. Easy to drink and refill mineral water because having Coway at their pantry, maybe can put at every floor so other customer easy to make a milk for their baby or make a maggie in a room✌🏼 Thanks 🙂

Excellent”

Mid valley is nearby but it's not a walking distance. It's a quiet area. You can't find any shops in the surrounding area. It's more convenient for you if you own a car.

Good place, value for money”

This place is quite near to Mid valley. The parking is average only. If in peak season will not enough for parking. The room environment is satisfactory for me. The light in room is quit dark for me. only one bulb in room. the staff is also good services. Breakfast a bit disappointment. too many small stone in porridge and fried rice. Overall the condition still Satisfactory.

I simply love the service staff at this hotel. Always so super attentive and friendly . I really hope the hotel owners will upgrade the actual rooms because it’s such a nice hotel it would be absolutely wasted if they kept it in it’s current condition . That being said though they have more room power outlets and better tv channels than the St Giles hotel over at mid valley . It would also be nice if there could be a way to walk to mid valley really quickly. I assume though there is not? Anyways upgrade the hotel and I would get my 5 stars rating for everything else ! Breakfast Menu ”

To have more option for breakfast food. The breakfast are good but I think you can increase the numbers of food to serve and increase the breakfast price. I think traveler like me likes to have a good breakfast before going out of your hotel to shop/work/site seeing. Thanks

Price is affordable, hotel food is basic and nice. But if you are looking for some entertainment nearby, you will need to take Grab/MyCar to mid valley mall, and that is the nearest.
