Best value for money and good for family or group gathering”

To be honest, I'm surprised with RC Cape Nautica Villas PD. They may have minor hiccups but those are ignorable. We had problems with our air conditioner (at the penthouse's 2 king bed room), we called them at night and they come shortly after. The dedication! Their staffs are super-friendly and helpful. At the moment of checking in, they'll show you where to do BBQ, where to do things and such. Swimming pools were clean and fun. Our penthouse unit is UNBELIEVABLE. Very clean, exactly in the photos. Big TV with HiFi set and Astro. Not even a single second we didn't enjoy our stay at the penthouse. We took great photos, and had a great blast. It was so fun. P/s: the brother in the checking in counter, he's cool, he can play guitar good, please send my regards/kirim salam to him xD

We have a last minute family gathering arrangement and we chose this place as it’s still available. Pros: Friendly and helpful manager, huge penthouse (2-storey), clean room and area, quiet and peaceful (but slightly scary at night), can cook in the apartment (induction cooker provided), clean swimming pool, ample parking space, friendly uncle guard. Cons: This is an apartment, not hotel (don’t expect much), water pressure is low in certain bathroom, towel is rough, pillow is hard (not suitable for kids), no direct access to the beach, room and bbq area deposit. Also, the penthouse is 1BR on 1st floor and another 3BR on 2nd floor. For group with oldies please take note. Might not be too suitable for them. But we have a blast family gathering here. Thank you for having us RC Cape Nautica ^_^

we are stay at level 14, a penthouse. a magnificent view . the house have a good interior although the apartment looked a little bit old. the room is big exp master bad room. the toilet damn nice. a nice to stay. thanksss alot rc cape nautica villa!!!!

Really a good place to stay. very clean & quite. suitable for families. very good maintenance staff. Big swimming pool. Really enjoyed our trip in this month. NO any bad comments from me to RC CAPE NAUTICA.

Clean and spacious apartment”

I stayed at the apartment last weekend with 6 adults. The apartment was same in the picture as posted in Agoda. Huge living hall for you and your fiends/family to hang out. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, plates and glasses, labeled recycle bins. Balcony is facing the cape with awesome view. No beach area. Aircond is working well in the apartment except the one in master bed room. The aircond not cool enough. The pool is clean. Owner actually emailed and texted the direction to us few days before we went. Even Mr Durai, maintenance ppl called us to ensure we arrived safely. (late check in) Very helpful. Even tough the apartment is handle by private owner, it is awesome!!! No regret at all.

Value for money with a big group”

Location : Near the PD roundabout, easy to find shops + mini marts Place was clean and bed sheets was new and aircond was cold Bathroom was clean but small place to shower, water pressure is okay Kitchen - fridge + induction + pan + cups - missing utensils + big rubbish bag Swimming pool - Clean and big Parking - Plenty We checked in early by 12pm and checked out by 1pm. The mgmt was kind enough to give us the apartment side by side even the booking was in 2 different floors. We were group of 12 people, all family members, had a good and relaxing weekend. Its value for money and we will come back. Thank you.

Not as Expected”

I never expected the name of cape nautica villas was sort of like gloomy, looks like an abandoned villa when came here during weekdays time. the outside building was so dull and looks not so good. The location was quite scary even though not so far from the shoplots. NOt many people come and have their holidays in this villa. During my time, just saw 2 or 3 cars parked in the parking lot. The good thing were, nice host, nice room and near to the sea view. Not coming here again.

building outlook like not so nice, a bit old, but the room is exactly same in photo, spacious room and clean, fully air-cont, with microwave and electrical cooker, simple kitchenette is very useful for us. Will stay here again when go PD in future.....

Good Service, good facilities, good place to stay”

Everything is good but i think the contact number stated in the voucher should be the staff's contact number who manage the rooms instead of the owner. Some owners are rude and impatient when ask about the check-in procedures. What I know the person in-charged of the villa that we should contact upon arrival should be Mr. Vijay 014-6627521, not the owner. Overall, I am very satisfied with all the service and facilities.

Budget, Clean, Friendly staff, Full of facilities ”

The room condition exactly the same as the photos provided, very clean, air conditioner working well, kitchen utilities include plates, fork and spoon even electric stove and microwave！Swimming pool not really big but still enough for us. Friendly staff. If you are looking for a budget stay, this will be a good choice 👍🏻

Great place to stay for big families”

Our kids really enjoy it especially the swimming pool. Inside the house very spacious, clean and tidy with nice furniture/home appliance. Gated and guarded area. Will choose this apartment again if come to PD with families. BTW, please provide proper counter for registration instead of a stall desk and chair.

So many things need to improve”

Pros: -good location, near to sea, shops and restaurants -friendly staffs -spacious house -have basic kitchen utilities, heater, microwave, fridge -ample parking spaces -tv with astro enjoy channel Cons: -very2 noisy airconds on both rooms. only one room is quiet. so i have to shut the aircond because i cant sleep at all, turn out feeling hot. pls fix -hot shower not functioning on main bedroom. its not warm at all. -another hot shower is functioning but with noisy sound -very noisy neighbours at night, the upper storey is very noisy we can even hear their foot steps for about 1 hour plus. I don’t know what they do but sounds like they were running all over the house??? Or is it ghost???? hehe can sleep!! -picture might be misleading. its not seaview, its just ‘muara’ with so many boats. -towels quite old and have stain despite smells good -no basic toiletries, only body soap -with the price you should provide more to us. Thank you

Value for money, suitable for gathering with friends or family”

I was surprised to received a WA message prior to my booking date to double confirm my trip as well as providing me some contact details for my convenient and also an email a day before to remind me for the trip. It was not located nearby the main beach but it was driving distance. Building looks slightly old but inside the apartment was new, spacious and proper maintained. We greeted by some friendly staff there and smoothly directed to our unit. All room (included living room was equipped with air-cond) and our balcony was the longest ever I saw. Our unit was facing the pool/ sea view. You can cook as well as some basic kitchenware was provided and they gave us complimentary biscuits (as it is Raya Holiday). They also have BBQ facilities & playground nearby the pool. You can request a wheelchair if needed. It was really a pleasant stay.

Bad Customer service”

We are very satisfied with the room, pool and environment. In fact, we really did had a good time last weekend. But unfortunately, the room boy failed to inform us that there will be a deposit charged in order for us to have a bbq session. However, after cleaning up the place and only leaving 2 boxes just next to the garbage bin, the room boy did not return back our deposit. He also claimed that "the management will not return any deposit for our wrong doings (which is leaving the boxes)'. I am absolutely very upset with this ridiculousness. Therefore, I would kindly like Agoda to provide a solution for this matter. Thank you.

Worthy ”

A house rented has 3 rooms. Each room has an air conditioned. Plus one at the dining hall, 4 in total. Awesome place for family and friends. For holiday and reunion. Extra Large house. Had an induction heater, so can cook. Can put stuffs in the chiller. Plates, spoons, forks and water heater are there. Marvellous!!!

Good for events and get-together session. ”

The place does not have access to a nice beach. The pathway near the accommodation leads to a small port - not feasible to swim and chill. it has an OK swimming pool thou. The unit itself is large, spacious, clean and ideal for events. the building itself is probably old but no alarming signs (lifts and lighting were all working) The owner/care takers were very friendly and helpful as well.

Value for Money and Very Comfortable”

My wife and her colleagues stayed at the place while attending a workshop. It was a pleasant stay. A small note though - there is no 24/7 staff on-site, so when they were trying to checkout early, they realized there was no staff to help with the checkout, so they had to attend their workshop and came back a bit late around 3pm. Almost had to pay extra, but the staff understood the situation (and waived the extra payment) and explained they should have contacted an on-call number.

Our younglings are very happy in this place even tho the place if you see from outside its like been left without proper maintenance and not easy for the eye but when you check in to the rooms, suprisingly it is very good manageable clean and comfortable. The pool is ok and theres playground for kids.
