JO DEPOSIT & NO PET FEES OR PET DEPOSITS are two of the main reasons why I chose Red Roof Plus but the room I’m in is very clean and comfortable for my daughter and I .....we like it and we can jump on the bus easily to get around town.....it’s a no frills kinda place but decent and I’m making it home during this pandemic ❤️

Good for the Price”
Location could be better, there is the major highway right there, and nothing in immediate walking distance. Still it is a good place for the price and you can always catch an Uber or drive if you have a vehicle. Had to be moved a few times for once reason or another but the staff was wonderful and accommodating without any problems. Wish they would get a bigger vending selection or minibars, that would be sweet!

Thank you for your positive review. There are several eateries nearby with 5-7 m,inutes walking distance. Quick Trip, Phillys on Priest, Jersey Mikes, Master Taco, Starbucks, Gyro, and Dirty Dough, just to name a few. Due to our hotel being under a budget brand, we do not offer mini bar or more vending. We do appreciate your comments and review.

Ordered a king solo bed room and the room itself was nice. I got a accessible room. So of course it was very spacious. The beds and pillows were comfy. Microwave and mini fridge are a plus. I planned on staying for a good chunk of time. I'm glad I didn't. One morning I was out of the room and paid for it online. When I got back to the room, after signing for the room, the front desked called and blamed new management that I was not able to rent the room after that night. I would have to check out and check back in, in 24 hrs. Mind you, it had only been 4 days.

sorry for the confusion. when a reservation ends, guests do have to check out of it. at the property we cannot change any information that comes from an outside source so while we can check you out of one reservation and into another, there isn't a guarantee that the type of room will always be available. also, at 28 days guests are required to leave the property for 24 hours per corporate but that wasn't the case here. the information you have submitted however, is great for training purposes and helping prevent this situation in the future. again, fullest apologies

As a new residence to your hotel it was not as advertised online. The room was half-ass cleaned and had a TERRIBLE odor. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

not sure what website you looked at but all pictures posted for this location were taken at this location. odors can be difficult, we could have moved you to a different room

Tom and services were fine, but when we left in AM my wife stepped on used needles littering the ground around our truck, not there when we parked.

Everyth iij ng was cool until I took a drink of my beverage and seen a roach in my cup......then I'm sitting on the bed and something hits my back, I look at my husband and he says omg that was a damn roach......then we seen a few throughout the 9 days we were there.....other than that, our stay was decent.

Do not stay here. Smells heavily of smoke and urine and the room was not clean.. I literally slept on top the blanket with a face covering due to smell.. You literally pay for what you get. Beware!
