Terrible hotel to stay..no hot shower air conditioning was noisy room that has no closet to put ur stuff.you should wen to a hotel that u can relax but it didn’t coz the place is not ok.double bed that only good for one person.no elevator too.never coming back to that place anymore.

A good location”
RedDoorz is in downtown Ormoc above a Greenwich restaurant. There are no elevators and steep stairs. Staff are friendly. The room was disappointing even though the Cable TV and WiFi were good. There was no hot water or bath towel. Also there's no electric jug for coffee or even coffee sticks. We paid P2338 which I though was expensive for what we got. There's no free breakfast at that price but it's an extra P180 per person. The pizzas and lasagna are tasty downstairs in Greenwich.

Cheap price, so don't expect a quality place. Bathroom is too small, room is below average. This is a hotel room that won't make you feel relaxed. You'd only sleep here because you need a place to sleep.

Very bad experience. Receipt is not given to customer through payment counter. Must fill in form and then email to customer. But after filling in form I waited 5 days and didn't receive my receipt. Very bad experience and waste of time

No elevator expensive for what we get. Security guard. I go in the street to smoke this security gard all over me telling me I can't smoke in the street ??????? I go see police on corner of street and ask if I'm aloud to smoke in the street they answer me yes. I go back to hotel explain the security boy that he's wrong and harassing me and keeps telling me I can't smoke in the street

The only issue is the discrepancy with the picture and description of the bed. In Agoda, the reservation says double bed, however, upon arrival, we were informed it is only a single bed. Please change it to avoid misunderstanding.

The staff are friendly. The place was clean. The only issue is the accuracy of the picture shown in agoda app compared to the exact room. In Agoda app, it shows you the single room with a double-sized bed, however, upon arrival, the staff informed us that the price we paid was good for a single room with a single-sized bed. Please update the pictures and post the accurate information, it is misleading and affects the credibility of the hotel.
