      I wanted to like this place as they were friendly and great location for me , but they lost stars for giving me a dirty room. To be fair they changed the sheets as soon as I objected but I shouldn’t have had to complain

      Sya dan teman saya order d red doors syariah, ketika sampai di hotel di pindahkan ke guest house nya karna alasan penuh, saya sangat kesal dan jengkel dgn petugas CS yg tidak ramah, lalu pemanas air tidak perfungsi, ventilasi kamar tidak tertutup. Menyesal pokoknya memesan disini

      Penginapan yg nyaman dekat Fort Marlborough”

      Pros : kamar yg lega dan bersih, tempat tidur yg nyaman, shower air panas Cons : Saya check in sekitar jam 4.30 sore dan diarahkan ke kamar, kamar yg nyaman dan bersih tapi saya mencium bau pengharum ruangan (spray) yg sangat kuat. Mungkin habis disemprot pengharum, saya coba istirahat setengah jam kemudian ke kamar mandi. Ada 2 kecoa di kamar mandi dekat tempat sabun. Kemudian saya keluar penginapan dan kembali malam hari. Saya temukan ada 2 kecoa di lantai, dan bau harum kamar masih ada bahkan di sprei dan sarung bantal. Mungkin waktu sebelum saya masuk kamar disemprot baygon yg wangi bunga, bukan pengharum ruangan. Jadi kecoa langsung keluar semua. Pas saya mau tidur, tarik bantal ternyata ada 1 kecoa diatas kasur. Esok paginya saya komplen ke resepsionis karena bau wangi baygon yg menyengat. Akhirnya dipindah ke kamar sebelahnya, masih ada bau wangi baygon sedikit di kamar yg baru tapi sayang AC kamar ini kurang bagus dibanding kamar sebelumnya.
