Unpleasant stay for my family 8Adult5Child for 3BR”
There are some experiences I need to express here: 1. We only received the agent message on check in day at Agoda/Email to confirm whether we are CONFIRM coming and room is SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY 2. Be sure u contact the agent when u got his number, ask to send exact location if u are driving or grab, coz google map will bring u to the basement garbage station. 3. We dropped off our luggage at 3BR unit then we went for a dinner, the nightmare happened when back to this unit. Not sufficient for 8A+ 5C mattress (1 king+2queen+5 tilam),5 tilam only hv 2 bedsheet, no extra pillow and blanket, we text agent immediately, he sent to the unit from his home and received at the midnight. 4. Mstr bedroom aircon was not cold, even after he setting, the bed mattress too soft coz old. Bathroom water heater no hot water. The sofa was old. MRT noisy in d mornin 5. For Studio upgrade to 2BR, this unit was awesome, newly renovated and high floor (31flr), at Block A, same block w Infinity pool

1. Booking rate: Lack of information in Agoda. I need to pay total RM480 for 2 night stay. Plus RM200 for deposit which will be return during check-out. But i did not expect that, as at the booking page, the price shown is RM135/night only. Maybe this is new method of deceiving the customer. Also, the picture is difference from actual. Furthermore, parking fee is not free..RM20/day..the security making money from us who rent the suites. So for me its RM20x day. Should be inform clearly earlier in the Agod booking sites. 2. Amenities : all the basic is there. Washing machine yes. Freezer yes. Kitchen yes. Microwave yes. Ironing yes. Hair dryer yes. Matress for single on the floor. Carpet was rolled. Need to un-roll by myself. Toilet roll, limited. Should be given more since we stay for 2 nite. Showering gel, yes..hmm. bottled drinking water, not provided at all..should be given free for 3 4 bottle like other places. 3. Cleanliness : door entrance floor was spoiled by blackish mark, maybe some sticky dirt. Dish rack at sink was dirty with blackish dirt, unclean. 4. Wifi yes. With access to ordinary youtube only. Couch is there for 2 person. 5. Regalia is in the center of KL. You will be bothered by sound of train passing by. 6. Swimming pool at 5th floor can be access only need inform the "key-keeper". Agoda shall take serious action to those are putting unrealistic picture in the booking section. And also the payment or total fees. I followed Agoda for so many years, and realize this start happen when the booking for appartment, suites and home started in Agoda...it is good..but please put a real pictures & real fees in the beginning of the booking..dont hide..

The space was definitely cheaper, and the staff John was very nice and accommodating. You need to check in with John at the Teh Tarik cafe/restaurant near the lobby/garden area. They're very responsive in chat/Whatsapp. We're a big group, booked a 3BR, and our flight back was scheduled very late. On our last day, after checkout, John offered a cheaper Studio room where we could put our bags so we could do our last-minute tours and to freshen up before our flight at 1 am. The entire property (hallways, etc.) is not that clean, though, and we had an impression that the buildings are old.
