Great Experience”

Felt like home, massive space, great experience, great design, great customer service, lady at night shift was very lovely and helpful, gentleman in the morning went out of his way and helped unconditionally. Absolutely incredible. Only improvement is required in housekeeping area bit i.e. Clean lenin, bed sheets and towels. While staying there, missed my family. Next time family trip deffinitely in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and deffinitely in Regalia Suites!

Clarifying on the location, based on most reviews”

I had a wonderful stay at regalia. The staff were all very polite, however the guards couldn't understand English nor Malay, so its quite difficult for us to communicate regarding on some issues like how my room key couldnt excess to the 37th floor, but anyway, its okay. Overall the people there are all nice people. ROOM : I am absolutely satisfied with the room space, very spacious, very neat and tidy. There are kitchen utensils provided such as pots and pans, knife and a electric stove(very safe for cooking), there are drawers everywhere for you to put your stuff. The dining table has 2, the TV set has 4(i think), study table has 2, and the balcony has about 10 drawers(i think) LOCATION: I felt that the location is perfect, when i read the reviews, many says that its far from the shopping malls and very difficult to get there. I think the location is perfect because Regalia is placed directly infront on the Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower, you can have a good swim as well as the view. Very Breath-taking. I think Regalia is not far from places because it is located right behind the LRT Station, and it is just a 5 minutes walk(assuming if you take your time to walk). There are also TAXI SERVICES at the lobby and its a good thing because the taxi uses the meter unlike the ones outside, they are all scams! so its safer.

We stayed five nights in the Regalia Residence. After changing the room we had a lovely view at the skyline of Kuala Lumpur and an amazing view from the lovely roof top infinity pool, which is simply great if you do not have any fear of hight ;) If you are not by car it is not that easy to get access to the residence but possible. Good connection to the public transport system. Breakfast is okay and the kind guards are always there for using the elevators. WiFi in the rooms was sometimes difficult to access but always working down in the open lobby. We had a great time and loved the apartment style of the residence (no classical hotel).

Good enough if you are looking for a cheap infinite pool experience”

This Hotel is the best value-for-money-option for budget travelers looking for a pricy place with an infinite pool. The suite was hudge for one person, I felt almost longsome, but the view is superb. The hotel is either being refurbished or in construction, so you'll probably find some of the common areas quite dirty (especially walls and elevators). The pool water was not really clean. I had a great experience swimming in the night with such a panorama of kuala Lumpur, but as soon as I noticed the quality of the water I left the pool straight away. They should improve on that.

I loved my stay here at the Regalia. my room was big and clean with an awesome view of the city. I booked a 1 bedroom but they gave me a two however only one room was accessible which didn't bother me at all. The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was cheap and good and the view from the infinity pool was nothing short of breathtaking. My only complaint would be the elevator, they were slow and some even looked like they were out of a horror movie. Also there is no ATM on site but the mall is right next to the hotel as well as the LRT.

Amazing Stay”

We arrived at 2:30 am and was greated with a warm welcome by reception. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which exceeded our expectations. The apartment was new, stylish and had a great balcony with the most amazing views. The apartment was cleaned to good standard on a daily basis. The roof top pool was wonderful and the views from the roof top were amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful. We extended our stay in Kuala Lumpur which was significantly influenced by our stay at a great apartment.

New Hotel Facilities”

I was satisfied with the services of Regalia. I enjoyed stayi ng for a whole week. Although, they are still out of staff (under staff) the services is surperb in including the security staff. Even the hotel manager personnally attended our needs. I hereby recommend 101% to all tourist to book with Agoda for Regalai Residence.

Wonderful view and experience”

Wonderful view and experience at Regalia. The second time for us to travel at Kuala lumpur. This train station located near Regalia. However the train didn't park. My family have to wait for 1 hour to go to Kl sentral.

the suites really nice and cozy the view very fantastic which you can see KLCC and KL tower from the balcony and bedroom the suites also near with Sunway Putra Mall which only 5 - 10 minutes by walking

We were upgraded and the room was wonderful”

One of the best pools I have seen in KL, a long pool good for laps with a great view. The breakfast was very disappointing and it would be more truthful for them not to say breakfast was included, as for 4-5 star hotels in KL normally have wonderful breakfast buffets, here the food was cold and choices were extremely limited, to the point that most guests seemed quite upset about it. The building is really apartments, it seems they have set up a temporary hotel to use the rooms that have not sold yet, I have no problem with this, but customers need to know there is no room service, business centre, restaurant or any normal facilities. The hotel is new and it's location is difficult, most taxis do not know it, and find the address difficult to find as it seems to be isolated in a large traffic intersection with a small side access from a freeway. It is very difficult to get taxis from the hotel also. We found public transport is not too bad with Putra and PWTC stations both within a 10 minute walk, but the pathways are not clearly signposted or clearly visible, needing to walk along the highway or through thick grass. The hotel could make a much better effort to improve access and signage. There is a laundry service for the apartments, it is not express by any means, but they do quality work at a great price, we were very happy with them. The hotel would be great for those who want longer stays or have own car transport. We enjoyed it, and might stay there again, but I can imagine others that would not.

Definately its value for money, ideal location, spacious room for big family, best sceneary once lying or swimming at the pool. The direction from main street of jln sultan ismail should put arrow despite signboard of regalia to help visitors more easy to see. I'm sure Regalia will be my choice for my holiday at the future. i was stay in deluxe suites and the room was very nice, clean and superb. The swimming pool also awesome. Even though there are variety of choice for breakfast buffet but the taste was so plain maybe can improve more on that. The air conditioner was not too cold and not much plug to charge your phone. free parking available for the guest so no worries about the parking. Definitely I’m going to stay again at the hotel. Thank you.

Pros: Good location near sunway putra mall and lrt station, clean and bigger rooms, good and helpful front desk, with nice view of the roof top swimming pool which you can see the klcc (kl tower and petronas twin towers, with nice breakfast buffet.. Cons: no near food markets..

Nice apartement & pool”

The apartement is spacious & the furniture is quite new. I love the view from living room window.. I can see twin tower 🤗 Everyday there is staff who cleaning the apartement. The pool view is amazing 😊 10 mnt walk to KTM station & mall Sunway Putra, 15 mnt walk to LRT station

Great view but worst hotel reception counter”

Regalia Residence is an apartment-cum-hotel. Firstly, the security is not well trained, they couldn't even guide me to a parking lot at check-in counter for room check-in. Yes, you saw it right, it is a check in "counter" and not a proper hotel lobby, it's just like a car jockey counter kind of setup in the club house of the apartment. We were not being provided the elevator access card to go to our room and each time we want to go to the room we need to ask a security guard to use his card to gain access to the elevator. There is two single bed, (I would said smaller than a regular single bed size, I am just 1.7m tall and my feets are longer than the bed when sleeping on it). The good part is the view of the infinity pool, really spectacular, however, during my visit there is renovation work going on. I would recommend if you want to enjoy the view of infinity pool but service wise, bad.

Loved the pool! ”

We were only here for one night but we wished it had been for more. We stayed in a Studio room which was absolutely huge with everything you would need to cook for yourself, space to relax in the lounge area etc. The rooftop pool was awesome! Book through the hotel not through the home stay option as all of the bad reviews we read were about the hone stay which is why we still decided to book and we are really glad we did!
