Facilities at hotel are average and only attraction is the location which is near to major market. Staffs are helpful but hospitality is missing.

I stayed at rajkamal hotel for one day with my parents. The bed room was double queen size bed for three people. The cost was 2100 for one night for 3 people which is a biy high but the room facilities and other services were good. Had a pleasant stay. The location is in main center of city and 1.2 km from temple. Would recommend it.

Ambience, room size, excellent, like a 4-star hotel. However, the dining area needs upgrading because it feels like a 2-3 star area. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

Hotel was little far from temple.if you are with small kids then its better to book little near chowk. Room was not clean as there were dirt stains on bedsheets and pillow cover. Overall not so good place to stay for family.

When I booked, seeing it rate, I entered hotel with minimal expectations. Very first interaction was different when found trolleys at entrance and no porter to carry luggage - smart act. TV was not working in either of the rooms. There was a big rat inside the room. No geyser facilility inside the room. Management's excuse was they do not provide geyser facility inside non AC rooms. The hotel caters heavily for parties, conferences etc I stayed on the 3rd floor and struggled with the constant dragging of furniture in the evening and early morning... The noise echoes throughout as there is no carpets, just marble interiors.. Breakfast is basic and caters mainly to Indian tastes

No complaints, good rooms, acceptable food. The staff is very courteous and helpful but they need to be trained better. Won't hesitate to book again but won't even mind if I get a better value for money option.

The hotel Reception was warm and courteous. The cleanliness was commendable, and so was the room ambience with large beds, nice working station and above all a variety in their food and liquor choices...Overall I would recommend this hotel and glad that I stayed at Cocoon. Special request to the team that they should keep up the good work
