Good Hotel in Mumbai”

Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel is an excellent hotel in nice grounds on a lake, very relaxing and away from the bustle of Mumbai streets.

Excellent Place”

This hotel has really caring staff, a superb location being on the bank of the Powai lake with a great view of the Sunrise over the lake, elaborate buffet breakfast, picturesque surroundings, a homely atmosphere, a large pool and many other facilities. Food too was exceedingly good.

I was staying both holiday and business and cannot spend time so much in hotel but prefer to stay more. Can take snack or sandwich in upper area anytime I want. Prefer to stay again if I will be back in Mumbai

Verry good hotel to visit isolated from main city”

This hotel is one of best hotel in mumbai but you have to go long way to even for a small thing .

Great views of the Lake”

ITs right on the Powai Lake and it has great views of the lake. The food is great and the staff are very helpful. Its on a hill and is quiet.

Great Hotel for Business Events”

Stayed for a business event. Internet was good but you have to pay for it. It is, however, free if you are a member of Marriot's reward scheme. The Sunday buffet was very good. Food is always hot and fresh. The waiters hang around a lot and they are attentive to your needs. One thing I didn't like was that there was also always a sweeper/cleaner around even when you are dining or your event is still on. Imagine someone sweeping the meeting room while you are still meeting. Security is tight. Bomb checks when entering the hotel gate. "Airport security" check when entering the hotel building.

3 Night Stay”

Exceptional property, excellent rooms and breakfast. My wife and I tried the dinner at the Italian restaurant during our stay, while a little price, the food was simply outstanding.

Good experience. The staffs were very helpful. I would say Mr Joshua who was our navigator was very polite, decent gentleman who escorted to our rooms. But the food service was very poor. I would love to go again and spend some fantastic time with this beautiful ambiance hotel. 😘

impressive looking hotel, large grounds”

this hotel is farther away from anything than i expected - large grounds surround it. i wanted to be close to the iit, but it turns out there is no direct path. the hotel itself is impressive to look at, huge, marbles everywhere, very opulent. the room itself is ok, should have been large, but about half is bathroom! the bedsheets are very smooth and comfortable. we had an extra bed (expensive!) that was quite comfortable, too.

Amazing stay with Amazing view”

Entire experience was awesome. Staff was courteous. Vinayak was very helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. It had all the facilities and amenities which one would require. It was worth every penny! Also requests for room supplies were duly accepted. Services were on point and any specific requirements were also considered.

A compfortable stay bynatural lake”

lake view is relaxing and sufficient space to walk aroud. Picnic arranged by hotel is entertaining and relaxing. Staff is nice

An excellent hotel but a way to far from everything , I you want isolation for a few days from all the pressure of hectic lifestyle I recommend this hotel , it's beautiful and comfortable

Great hotel in surprinsingly green and calm area ”

Enjoyed our stay very much. Only problem was orders that kept getting mixed up in the Italian Resturant.

Had asked staff since it was a birthday to organise the room just some slight decor here and there they refused saying team is busy(hope they serve us better next time ...also some of the staff were profiling us which we were not quiet happy about thanks

Dint enjoy the stay”

Had checked in to the hotel suite for getting ready for my wedding. My luggage dint arrived for more then an hour and I had to get ready for my wedding function, called up the reception 5times and asked them to send my luggage, finally went down and fired them that is when they sent my luggage to my suite. The suite had only one shampoo, one container, no one expects that in a suite. Ordered biryani and it dint taste good. The ac wasn't working well,called concerned people and asked them to solve my problem. But no one turned up. Tried to reduce the ac lower but it dint reduce a bit. Later when I fired them the third time they came and gave me some lame excuses. The whole experience of my wedding got spoilt because of the hotel.
