"My wife, and I and 4 year old son arrived @ hotel at 9pm.We came from the low cost carrier airport (the aerobus shuttle is 8 rm, kids are 4)takes 1 hour to get to K.L sentral monorail, then a taxi for 20 rm to the hotel, less than 10 mins.We were upgraded from superior room to superior premium when we arrived, we were only ones @ check in. Premium room is brand new, and beautiful, it is very large as well.The room has a seperate living room so my son can sleep in bed and we can watch t.v on the 35 inch flat screen but only 17 channels and 1 movie channel.The bath tub is big and seperate stand up shower was great also.Free wireless fast internet, free bottled water and theee most amazing buffet breakfast made this hotel one of the best we've ever stayed in! Our son loved the 2 kids pools, the gym has a studio room also and my son played there alot he really wz happy there while my wife worked out. The hotel itself is situated right in Bukit Bintang it is in a shopping mall.There is a super market to buy cheap food or alcohol (carlsberg is 5 rm each) at a bar, beer is 25 rm or more..The Imbi monorail is attached to the west part of the mall and takes seconds to walk to. Mall has wendys,mcdonalds,kfc for kids and a great new food court with malaysian and chinese/thai dishes for cheap. A great small curry house for street food right across the street if your hungry at night. Truely was an amazing 4 night stay."

"Upon arrival, my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully presented. Staff were all so helpful and friendly and I never ONCE had to open a door. Definitely excellent service. Check in was super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is right next to Pavillion shopping centre which is one of the major shops and a 2 min walk to the Bukit Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The buffet breakfast is delicious - there was nothing they didnt have and it was very filling. The hotel also has its own club, Pulse. Which is a small r&b, hip hop club with excellent entertainment. If you want to shop and eat, this is ideally one of the best/most conveniently located hotels in bukit bintang. I would definitely recommend it. "

"The bathroom was spacious, the amenities of hotel were all good. The services were excellent, not to mention the super strategic location. One of the best hotel in Bukit Bintang. But I couldn't find any Ipod dock, hence it was such a waste to this modern hotel."

"This is great for travlers with children. The facilities are excellent especially kitchen. The location is also good because it takes only 5 min to Bukit Bintang but it has relatively cleaner and quieter environment than hotels in bukit bintang. If I am going to KL again in the future, I'll make reservation on Parkroyal Suites agin without hesitation."

"This is my second review about this hotel. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days this time so I can write a bit more. Location is the main reason that we chose this hotel. It is in the middle of Bukit Bintang and within 4 minutes walk to the Monorail station. Lot 10 shopping centre is next to this hotel. At the basement of Lot 10 there is a food court with many varieties of food that you can choose. Other shopping centres like Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Berijaya Time square Shopping mall and Pavilion KL are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Jalan Alor with different hawker styles Food Street is also 5-10 minutes walk away. So, you will have different varieties of food for you to choose. There is free shuttle bus running nearly every hour from Bukit Bintang (outside Bukit Bintang Plaza by Starbuck Café) to Central Market which is also near China Town so you can tour around China Town as well as do your shopping. The room is in reasonable size with plenty room moving around. The washing basin inside the room is a bit strange but we find it OK. Water is very hot and air conditioning works well. Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Room is very clean and daily refill of packets of coffee, tea and toiletries. The hotel also supplies daily newspaper (you can choose Chinese or English newspaper). We went to Meleka for few days and we could store our luggage with the hotel. On the whole we are very happy with this hotel and will return to stay whenever we visit KL again. "

"Ok overall is great The bad things are complicated check in system, the staff is not so friendly. Lack of hospitality compare to Bali. And the WiFi is not working. The best things are The room is spacious, clean and nice. Very strategic area close to everywhere, easy to buy everything, good for kids. The pool is nice and foods are excellent 👍😊👍.
