"Hilton may not be the best hotel in Petaling Jaya but it has its own beauty. The staff are friendly and professionally well trained. After late night earlier and long morning ride to PJ, we wanted to check-in early for resting at 12.30pm. Though the room is not available yet, the professional staff is observant enough to lead us to a comfortable couch to rest while waiting. Throughout the 3 days of our stay, all the staff we met is observant and fast to attend to our request and did not failed to provide the consistent quality service, which is beyond our expectation. A thumb up for the staff and management of Hilton PJ."

"Service here is excellent, you will have staff walking around smiling and greeting you. To me, if the staff is happy and committed in their work, it's a testament of how well the establishment is. Here's my summarized review: Room Type: Suite with Club access, Room Number 2429 Highlights for me: Generous amount of toiletries, club access with free-flow of selected alcoholic beverages and light refreshments, extremely comfortable bed AND pillows. We ordered some dinner from the In-Room Dining menu that was on the TV (yup, no more conventional menu). Food was great as usual and whenever I feel like shopping, the hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall where there's Family Mart below & my favourite retail outlets, Sephora, H&M and Kaison. Finally, the piece-de-la resistance for me was the bathtub overlooking the magnificent night view of Petaling Jaya below. I feel like a Hollywood celebrity there! Highly recommended. "

"It was a pleasant stay at the Crystal Crown Hotel. Strategically located in Petaling Jaya,nearby the Universiti Malaya. Mid Valley Megamall shopping centre is only 10 minutes away. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is above average with various choices of food, western and local. Swimming pool is clean but a bit small. However the air conditioning was very cold even after setting it at low. All in all, very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return."

"Great experience, good stay. I have enjoyed my stayed in Armada hotel, and I hapy to extend another two more days of staying in the same hotel. Its wonderful and great, as I can easily meet my friends and relatives, can easily catch up with them due to the best location in Petaling Jaya, it is just walking distance to Asia Jaya Station, and just few meter away from federal highway. Once again, great and no regret."

"Excellent, super clean, and huge room with a small but nice mall downstairs, including restaurants, fast food chains, a bookstore, branded clothing shops, and supermarkets. The exhaust fan in my toilet wasn't working at the time, and there is no safety deposit box, which is common for this kind of accommodation. The location was excellent for where I needed to be (Petaling Jaya area), make sure you choose your location wisely as although KL is great with Uber and Grab and etc, traffic jams are the worst! "

"very modern nice designed brand new hotel. Room was not that big but good size and very comfortable, the bed was super nice. Really value for money paid. Very relaxing surroundings with no noise from the main highways. Will come back again whenever need an accommodation in Petaling Jaya, or Kuala Lumpur."
