The stay was cancelled”

Due the event of Typhoon HAGIBIS regretfully we couldn't go to this hotel as railway and the road damage by the tyhoon. I called the hotel and they explained that they DON'T take any CANCELLATION FEE also the hotel's staff explained that they inform this situation to AGODA. thank you

The hotel has very nice Onsen which can see Mt Fuji. Our room can view Mt Fuji from the window, is a fascinating view. The staff there unable to speak English. We had a bit of hard time to communicate. To travel to Kawachigako station, we only can take Resort Highland free shuttle service bus. Which is reachable within 15min walk. Other option is to take taxi. Overall staying there is good.

great place with a great view”

great place to stay IF you have transport to get around. Lucky i rented a car from the local toyota car rental next to the station (2nd time booking with them and they're amazing). The hotel has amazing views of MT fuji right from your room and the outdoor onsen also has a nice view. The hotel is also close to fuji-q highlands. Great location IF you have transport, which i recommend when traveling to this location.

Nice view of Mt Fuji. Big comfortable room. Nice onsen facility. Beside Daiso. Staff is polite and helpful. Far from any kind of public transportation. Need to call taxi if you want to go out. Strict 16:00 check in time so do not come hotel tired and thinking checked in and relaxed some before that time.

u need to walk around 1km to reach there, there is no bus to reach there, u only can take taxi if u dont want to walk long. room rate not include children, if u bring children, there is extra charge ( no extra bed) free onsen for hotel guess staff is very help full

Not the friendliest. ”

This hotel is a bit away from the station, nothing a taxi ride won’t fix though! While it is super clean, the staff was not very friendly towards myself and other foreign travelers. I wasn’t able to use the Onsen because of my tattoo, which is very small and on my ear lobe, no bigger than an earring, but that’s understandable. What irked me is they insisted I wear my hair down so that it was not visible to other guests, which seems excessive. The heat/air con did not blow very strong either. Bathroom was stellar though and it was in walking distance to a great ramen place!
