"We loved it here! Away from the tourist areas, in a beautiful setting, with stunning karst scenery, this hotel is brand new. The staff were incredibly attentive, the owner generous with his time and conversation. Kayaking amongst the mangrove and karst islands was unforgettable. We also had access to bicycles and massage. Local villages, on stilts over the water, are unspoilt and include a great coffee shop with fantastic pad thai."

"the hotel is good value. it is a nice location just on the edge of ao luk and at the foot of some of the spectacular limestone karsts that dot the area. the rooms are simple but comfortable and pleasant enough. the pool is nice but they could do with a few sun loungers. the atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. when we checked in they didn't ask for any id, credit cards or anything. when we checked out they didn't check the room. the room included breakfast for two but we ordered extra breakfasts and drinks for the kids which were all ridiculously cheap and the staff were barely bothered to collect the money. in the evenings the cafe turns into a karaoke bar with hostess girls taking turns to sing songs."
