"Hotel is relatively new, about 1 year since it was launched. We booked 2 superior suite and it costs us less that $270 for 1 night. Room was exceptionally big, with private balcony overlooking the golf course. They even have a big living room complete with sofa set and a bathroom with no shower at the living room. The room has its own bathroom with jacuzzi and the children love it. However, there isn’t much facilities for kids. Swimming pool was basic and playground is very small. We would suggest shopping and sight seeing first at city center than head to the hotel as there is no nearby balls or Food courts. But you can take the shuttle bus to it’s affiliated hotel Phoenix international Marina where it has a water park, man made beach and a mall. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! I've been to some 5 stars hotel before but this one was among the best I've ever had. Various selection and everything is DELICIOUS. They change the menu everyday during my 4 days stay. Location is great for me. 20-30 mins drive from the city but I could use the peacefulness. Ordered room service on my first night, I have to wait so long but the food is amazing. Asked the cleaner to make up my room and I know it was not the best they could have done. Overall, value for money and definitely will stay here again the next time I'm in Johor Bahru."

"the stay was enjoyable, the breakfast spread was more than decent although a little bit of class in the item such as single serving desserts will be welcome. the pool was decent and most importantly very clean, although more furniture for the swimming pool would be nice. what is not so nice is that there are not enough things going on surrounding the hotel, with Johor Bahru city still about 30 mins away."

"The check in and check out was fast. I booked junior suite and I was so surprised to see it. It's so spacious. There's a sofa bed in the living area so it's so comfortable for the four of us. My kids slept on the sofa bed.The room and toilet were clean. There's also a mini kitchenette in the living area so it's so convenient for us. The hotel also provided tooth brush which I seldom get in other hotels. My kids really enjoy themselves especially with the pools. Since the pool is under the building so they could swim the whole day without feeling hot. The food in the hotel also was not bad. During our stay, we just ate at the hotel. For room service, it took about half an hour for the food to be ready since we ordered pizza. The price of the food was quite reasonable. I did enjoy the buffet breakfast with varieties of food. The scenery around the hotel was amazing and I felt like it's not in Johor Bahru. This hotel is a good choice for those who want to spend a night or two for relaxing"

"My wife and I spent two nights here for a weekend getaway. The accommodations were very comfortable. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Days were cloudy and cool (for Malaysia), so we enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. Pool was well-kept and clean. Bowling alley was a bit run-down, but our staff person was helpful when the ball got stuck several times. Food via room service was tasty and served quickly. Fruit platter was a great deal at RM 11 for a large one. Spa services were also very good."

"Pros; New hotel , new facilities and furniture nice Pool for small kids. Nice and friendly staff Near to local eatery day 1 i came, at pool they offered free rambutan that belong to the property Room got iron and iron table, sejadah and fridge bar Cons; Poor room hotel wifi. Personal internet also poor signal Pricey and poor breakfast. 930am breakfast finished and no replenish or alternative food (people paid already). 5 and 6 years old kids need to pay rm15 and yet, the food not much choice for them. The fresh milk looks like adding water, fruits only watermelon. Pillow bulky polyester and not comfortable. Mattress also hard The room that we stayed, the shower heater malfunction. Maintenance unable to repair it which require major repair. "
