Consistency is key”

Stayed at the hotel for 2x already and the experience was nice as usual. Cleanliness, comfort are 10/10 The minor downside was the breakfast. I was promised that the breakfast should be ready from 730 to 11am but when i came around 730, the receptionist said it’ll be ready on 8. We need to got out from the hotel to our workplace early & the last time I stayed at the hotel the breakfast was ready even at 7am. We really dont mind but it can be improved as the breakfast menu was basic (toast & cereal with coffee/tea) Plus, the first time I stayed at Rica I requested an iron (before going out for dinner) & the receptionist told that they would send it to our room. later when we came back around 10pm+, still no iron so i waited until 12am and fell asleep. When i woke up (@615am) i immediately called receptionist but he said the were no available iron. LUCKILY i bought a new shirt the night before which doesnt need to be ironed and went to work.

Smart Hotel”

this is one of the best budgets hotels in Subang Jaya area, the price affordable for anyone and the cleanness is good. providing self breakfast for their customer and the service is awsome.

Bad soundproof ”

Hotel is clean. Location is good if you plan to travel around Subang Jaya / USJ area. However, the soundproof is terrible. You can hear EVERYTHING's going on outside your room.

Worth the price paid”

Pro: The room have hair dryer which easier for us . Cons: -The single room is quite small if compared with other hotel with a bit the same price. -The television also have quite limited access and not really user-friendly. My stay at Rica is averagely satisfied.

Nice & clean hotel”

I was stay for 2 days. Hotel room is nice & clean. They provide 1 bottle of mineral water and shampoo, conditioner & bath gel already inside the room. They dont provide tooth brush & paste so must bring if will stay at the hotel. They dont clean the room at my 2nd day, maybe should put the “clean room” sign if wanna them clean the room, this also include mineral water not being given at 2nd day. The hotel is near the junction, always crowded at the morning and afternoon. The tv program have 8 channel, but seems only 2 can be view, other is jam. Internet is fast and easily connected. For overall is nice staying at the hotel.

Quite a Disappointed stay”

Read some bad reviews about this hotel but I’ve still decided to give it a try, turned out it’s quite a disappointed stay. After 16 hours of long and tiring travel we’ve finally arrived at the hotel, but there’s no one at the reception counter. It was around 10.15pm. Waited for around 5mins and the receptionist finally showed up saying he went to the bank. Okay.. maybe the hotel should get 2 staffs in order to make sure there will always be someone at the counter? Got our room, it’s very nice and cozy. Very clean as well. However, the air conditioner didn’t generate cold air at all! We only realised that around 11pm after we’ve taken shower and opened up our luggages. Too exhausted to even bother to require room changing especially thinking of all the hustles like packing luggage and moving the heavy luggages around. So we’ve got a warm room for the whole night. And then, like the other reviews mentioned, bad sound proof. We could hear door closing sound from the whole floor, elevator sound or even people talking/walking sound. Expected that as I’ve seen it on other reviews. We had our breakfast at the restaurant right across the hotel which is very convenient. Complaint to the receptionist about the air conditioner and he’s trying to do something about it. I rejected his offer as there’s only 2 hours left before our check out time.

Nice & Clean”

The location is good, a few shopping malls locate aroung in walking distance. The hotel is nice, clean. Staff are polite. The room i stay has now window which doesn't bother me at all. The water pressure are good, The bed is very comfortable. Wi-fi is really strong. There are many parking place around the hotel. Only thing that i did not like is the sound proof. You can hear very clearly ,people talking in the next room.

Great Place at Reasonable Price”

Booked a family room for 3 persons over the Chinese New Year holidays. Room was relatively spacious. Staff was very helpful despite limitations due to the holidays. However, we found some ants on our beds. As mentioned by other reviewers, the noise from the neighbouring rooms could be clearly heard, probably due to the thin walls.

Stay for 2 nights, isn't much view but room so comfortable. TV channel is appealing. Staff also friendly and helpful.Thing to improve;- I got a room with a connecting door, no sound proof can hear your neighbor laughing and talk so loud; maybe can do something on this. Overall this hotel is excellent

Nice place to stay”

Good place to stay, very affordable price and good value for money. Room and toilet very clean and neat. Staff also very nice. All facilities in good condition. Just need more improvement in sound proofing. Overall good. Will come back again 👍🏻

Clean and we have all the basic need in the hotel. They could have improved the parking facility and having a mirror in room is important. Other than that, pefect facilities.

Booking does not state with or without window”

Clean room, bathroom, bed, towels. Good ambiance. Comes with basic breakfast, a plus. Evening/Night staff was good, as he patiently explained to me that my booking was not with a window, and there were no others window rooms available. Morning staff seemed inefficient, as the staff did not keep the breakfast area, nor prepare plates/ cups. Good location, kinda near LTR. Near Summit, Giant and Mydin.

Convenient location”

Easy to find, walking distance to Summit Mall and Hotel. Only problem is I don't like the aircond position which is hidden from sleeping area.

Charges on Early Check-in”

The staff request extra RM10 per hour for early check-in. Hello! Rica is not the only hotel in town. Other hotel never charge for early check-in, if they have empty room they will just let the guest check-in.

Best hotel. ”

Pros: Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Staffs are polite. Cheap and affordable. Cons: No proper channels in TV. Usually hotels will have 1 movie 1 sports channel.
