The most comfortable hotel i stayed in Japan”

The room is in good size, very good value for money. The location is good, not next to the stations as other hotels but is is still very convenient. It is next to the nice department store. The room is so comfortable and the facilities in the room are great. We had the best breakfast in Japan, both western and Japanese styles. I will book with this hotel chain group next time I will be in Japan.

Modern hotel in a great location!!”

The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Matsumoto, so there are many shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Private parking is available in the parking tower next to the hotel for an additional charge. The staff was nice, and our representative spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious and modern. The rooms have AC, blackout curtains, and remote-control lighting. The beds are comfortable, and there are two different pillows to choose from. Also, there was lots of space for our belongings. Our only complaint was the refrigerator did not have a small freezer like most other hotels. The bathroom was average size. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Also, the towels were large and fluffy.

No carpark at hotel”

Everything is good, especially the breakfast. The mochi was so good ! The only con is there is no carpark at its own premise, you need to park the nearest carpark that is 3 mins away and you need to hand the hotel the carpark entry card and pay for parking fee (1000yen for each night)

This hotel is a nice walk from the JR Matsumoto station. Rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast was really quite good at the restaurant. Walking distance to the Matsumoto Castle. Walked around the town and saw the street where the former warehouses were, with their "X" walls, interesting. Also visited the Museum and loved the exhibits of Avant Garde Artist Yayoi Kusama. Relaxing atmosphere in this town.

Great Hotel”

We stayed one night. The hotel is great. The rooms are pretty big compared to what you get in the big city's in japan. Bed is comfy. Breakfast was a typical Japanese breakfast (if that's your thing). The hotel is a walking distance from what you need in Matsumoto. The only downside was the poor English by the staff (thank god one of them spoke well). Other than that everything was great.
