Okay hotel for a great price”

we stayed here for one night before leaving from hat yai airport the next morning. the room is fine for one or two nights, but the price is excellent. definitely worth staying here if you need a place to relax before leaving hat yai. the place is a bit run down, but the food is decent and the staff is friendly, even if they don't speak much english.

Comfortable hotel with wonderful staff”

The hotel is basic but comfortable and clean. The food is halal and breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff is friendly and most helpful. It is not located near the sights and attractions but it's in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle which is what we need for a good night's rest. Comfortable bed with rooms that can fit 3 comfortably.

I feel there is nice to stay and quiet surrounding”

River Grand Hotel in there called as River Inn. So when we ask for the location for it, we failed to get it. The ppl there always call it river inn hotel. Besides that, it just near by the town. So i feel comfortable to walk around. The staffs there are nice and helpful.

Forever my favorite ”

The hotel staff was so friendly, and helpful. Made our stressful day a relieve. The room was beautiful and the stay although was short, but it was memorable. Had a great lovely country style breakfast as well. Thank you everyone

Cleanliness ”

The location of the hotel very convenient. The room was ok for us but not clean at all. Bed sheets got stained when we check in to the room. When we ask to change, the staff was asking so many questions. Language barrier. For Car parking very easy. Kindly please deploy English Speaking Staff. Very difficult to explain to them even through we used Language App.

Just nice hotel”

Walking distance 7minute to lee garden night market. 7eleven 5minute walk. It also far from noisy. They also have free private parking. they dont have iron. Breakfast buffet is good and halal.

great rooms but little bit out of central”

Average this hotel staffs are nice and helpful but they are just can`t fully understand english... rooms are clean,quiet,wifi in each room,but signal not too strong,location is ok just a bit out of central,i walk from hotel to central about 10-15min,or you can get Tuk-tuk cheap and fast easily...(massage in this hotel also cheap TB300 for 2 hours) *Important* make sure after they clean up your room,close the door ...my case is after they clean my rooms they just let my rooms door open widely,lucky all the cash,camera,handphone are still there....(probably they forget to close the door and lucky they have CCTV monitoring around this hotel)

Good hotel to stay with quite environment ”

Only a little, is off-center of the city, but within walking distance. Equipment is its own way because it is old hotel, but there is a bathtub good. But out of the hot water is bad. Condition is good decent free WiFi. Something like that only certain public areas site was written, but good enough in my room.

Value for money..you get what you paid for.”

Stayed on the 6th floor. The room was not as bad as reviewed in some of the comments here. For the price paid for , I can expect what to get. Internet was fast, fridge was big(not mini bar), any other things were ok.

exceed expectations ”

booking for my husband n friends for their bike convoy.. they all give a good feedback.. good breakfast and really convenient to muslim traveller as they serve halal breakfast.. coming soon for my family trip i definitely will book for this hotel.. cant wait..

Location far, hotel condition need upkeep”

I am stay at this hotel for 2 nights, but as the room too small, thus request upgraded to deluxe room. As there was extra charge for the upgraded, then i only realised that, your company agoda charged us expensive price for weekday stay. I am pay RM100++ per day, but the staff only told us the room charge for standard room Thai bath 690 only for weekday stay. We stay at the higher floor in the hotel, water leakage outside the room. Every time walk along the need watch out, and no staff to clean the water. Location is very far from market and shopping area, difficult to find restaurant and shop nearby. For traveler which need to shopping this no a good choice of hotel.

Ok to stay”

Its an old hotel with old tv and interior but still ok to stay because it come with halal breakfast. Not really near to shop or Hatyai town but ok for a grouping to stay.

Pro:- 1) Cheaper than Lee Garden Hotel 2) Staff is quite friendly 3) When the water heater is not working, the hotel will send its staff within 5 minutes to solve the issue. 4) The hotel provide 3 bottles of water for 3 of us 5) The hotel can provide hot water to consume upon request Cons:- 1) Do not have hair dryer 2) Need to walk about 8 minutes to Centara Mall 3) There is no shop-lots near the hotel 4) There is no water machine to refill water/take hot water to make tea

Hotel is privacy, the restaurant is HALAL certification, convenience and comfort.”

Need more improvement on WiFi and other facilities like interior and exterior...Signage of Hotel Name in Thai Language...should put English too

nice to stay”

room is ok..clean, and huge...but the location is quite far from anywhere..during my stay there, lucky me that there is a tuk2 that coincidentally come near the hotel..if not we were not sure how to go to other places

Simple, clean, and HALAL breakfast”

Polite staff, Strategic location, For breakfast, we can choose either fried rice, american bfast or rice porridge, and the most importantly, its HALAL.

Average”

Average in terms of facility and condition of the hotel. Furnitures are dated, but are kept satisfactorily clean by housekeeping. Prices are a tad pricey for its condition and location though.
