Nice comfy staycation”

We were planning for a staycation far from the city bustle...so we kindda like the hotel....yes its far from city and hard to get food but there is a shuttle service to one of the mall, jurong point. Overall nice stay....we enjoy taking a stroll overlooking the yacht and some fishermen. Those who wish to book this hotel let me tell u the photos that u guys see from agoda is not sea view, in fact all the rooms be it standard or deluxe still not a sea view room. There is a restaurant in the hotel but they are closed by 9.15pm. Outdoor swimming pool is good. No outdoor activities....this is more rest n relax stay in hotel. Nevertheless staff is friendly. We do enjoy our staycation here...

Place was quiet and serene”

This hotel is located far away from the noisy and crowded city life Singapore is known for. Good for a 1 or 2-day staycation for Singaporeans or people who visit Singapore often. The place was really quiet and it was refreshing to look out into the sea from the pier. However, I would not recommend this place for tourists wanting to visit the many attractions Singapore has to offer, as this would be the furthest hotel from any of said attractions. Although there is a train station just opposite the entrance of this hotel, it would take more than an hour just to reach the town area. Also, the furniture and infrastructure in the rooms were really old. The toilet door was wooden and sturdy but looked at least 20 years old. I think the rooms need a tad bit of revamping. Having said that, the rooms were clean and tidy, and we were provided with ample fresh towels and were impressed by the size of the toilet and its cleanliness. Overall, I stayed 1 night and I had a good time with my friends.

NYE 2019 Staycation”

Booked RM hotel as we wanted to find a quiet, peaceful place to start off our new year. RM is good with an amazing view, rooms abit oldened however with good space. Only downer was that there is no room service nor restaurant that is open late, and that made it difficult to get food easily.

Excellent”

Great hotel, fantastic staff, room very good, restaurant very good. Location not great for business downtown although the public transport is very good so not a big issue. A welcome change from the usual hotels in Singapore, well worth a visit

Very nice hotel,swimming poll,rooms,and everything excellent,if next time I came with my family I prefer this hotel only,thank for good facilities services ,management I am not check out yet,i extending my stay here till 26 sept

the place is at the tuas link.. its far.. but we have a great time during our short stay, the food is good the price is reasonable. my family enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. highlight of the day is the sunset. heads up you have to give a deposit $200 for security purpose incase you brake something.. dont worry they will give it back when you check out.

Great place to unwind & bond with family”

We had a relaxing & fun staycation. Great place to bring kids for swimming & we tried fishing at jetty too. Nice ambience & clean room.

A Haven with Potential”

My stay at Raffles Marina was very enjoyable due to the ability to get away from the 'hustle & bustle' of the busier areas of Singapore. It's located overlooking a causeway to Malaysia, which could prove useful! The reception staff proved friendly & helpful, as were most of the restaurant staff. The food is very good (despite my conservative 3/5 rating) and I think has the potential to be superior. In my opinion, the guest-rooms & surrounding area (elevator, passageways) need some investment, but if that were to happen, the splendour of this vast complex would make it a fine place to stay, especially for those who (like myself), don't possess a marine vessel but would find their stay overlooking the Marina both inspiring and interesting. I enjoyed my stay very much and without actually taking part in any of the Marine activities available.

Big comfortable rooms, but far from the city”

The hotel is beside 2nd link to Malaysia. Its far from SG city center. But quite comfortable and large rooms. They had a faulty water heater. asked for double bed but they joined 2 single beds and gave me. the staff was very friendly. It has got a marine restaurant, which is quite a beauty. The breakfast was too standard. Avoid this place if you don't have your own transportation.

Memorable stay ”

Staffs are very helpful esp for my room aircon service. Couldn't do anything much about it but they are very keen to solve the aircon problem. The Indian guy Staff at the marina bistro was helpful too in helping us choose our food and friendly. Overall had a great stay at raffles marina staffs make us feel welcomed👍Love the pools and view..

Nice place, especially the receptionist Ms Cindy. Place is nice, food ok, breakfast ok, room ok (only toilet flushing a bit faulty) Bed ok, swimming pool ok, I mean overall all ok. Room not really soundproof, only can eat and drink at the restaurant there.

Lovely big room”

It would be perfect if breakfast could be served earlier than 8am as I have to leave by 6.45am to attend meetings in CBD area. Kindly seriously consider. Thank you.

big rooms, near tuas area”

the rooms were big,toilet was huge but despite the space there was no bathtub. got a room with balcony but the balcony was facing the lobby area so there was no point, when requested to change it was turn down. overall experience it was ok if u really need a place near tuas area but if u dont need to be at tuas recommended not to stay there.
