The hotel contact person did not respond to my emails and calls. Therefore, I could not get confirmation from the test and go system and my ticket was cancelled. I am angry with them.

When we arrived they had changed the name of the hotel to Canalis. The security guard was unaware and told us we were in the wrong place. We were not aware the pool and gym were closed for renovations. The problems just went up from there.

I made a reservation for this hotel while we were inexperienced due to Thai Pass. they did not help in any way. I wrote an e-mail but they did not respond to me. Because of them, I paid money to the hotel and did not stay at the hotel. I do not suggest.

Almost perfect but...”
My initial Thai pass application was denied because there was no response from the hotel within 30 hours. Found out that the reason why is because the hotel changed name to Canalis Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel. I would like to thank Korn for his help having my Thai pass approved on my second application. The hotel does not have a money change service. On the other hand, I would still recommend this hotel because the room is spic and span.

I chose this hotel for the Test and Go application. But my flight, my hotel was canceled because the hotel did not confirm my reservation and did not guide me correctly. I want the money refunded for causing all this. It was a very difficult process for me.

Quarantine Hotel - Great room and staff”
I stayed in the RNP Pool Hotel for quarantine. The facility is well maintained, the price was good and the staff was excellent. Three meals a day were delivered to my door promptly. There is a 7-11 a block away, it has an ATM machine on site, and a clean self - pay laundromat next to the 7-11. I would definitely stay there again.

No Pool At RNP Pool Hotel”
If you look for RNP Pool Hotel, you won't find any sign. Tell the taxi driver to bring you to Canalis Hotel and you'll be successful. I booked this hotel to spend one afternoon at the pool. But on my arrivaI I learned that the pool was closed due to covid. On the other the restaurant is open. Does that make any sense?

Teníamos pagado el transfer del aeropuerto pero tuvimos que esperar a que nos recogiesen más de 1 hora cuando el hotel está a 10m de dicho aeropuerto. Luego al Teo día salimos pronto por la mañana y cuando volvimos por la noche no nos habían hecho la habitación con lo cual nos tuvimos que esperar casi una hora en recepción para que nos la hiciesen
