Unprepared and uneducated about service animals”

After 4 days, they refused the 5th day reservation based on my puppy despite her being a service dog in training complete with vest/harness and paperwork!! AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM ANYWAY!!!

When I showed up was informed that deposit had to be cash. I had to leave just walked 3 blocks with all my bags from the bustop. that was further than I was told on the before I got ready to leave. No stay all day Sat was told my card wouldn't be charged but low and behold. Sunday at about 6pm the hotel charged my credit the full amount of a two nite stay and refuses to give me m.y money back. I understand the hold part but 48hrs after I leave the place they charge it completely like I had stayed there

During the night someone tried to break into the room. The section of the city is dangerous. I asked your company about the neighborhood AND YOU SAID IT WAS OK. You are not linked with Red Roof as you inferred when I asked if you were part of them.

charge card even though it was on reserve and pay later no towels advertised microwaves and fridges in the room they were not there pool was dirty could not use, advertise the breakfast and didnt. derelicts in the parking lot. rude staff.

We refused to stay in this Hotel on 8/12/14. It is not in a safe are so we made other arrangements, and called you for a refund of this reservation.

The worst motel in Arizona ”

roaches everywhefe stains on the bed, and the first room they gave me, was already occupied. I'm thinking about reporting this place. This place should be shut down.

The most horrible experience I ever had”

I couldn't believe the conditions of this hotel, but poor condition is to say the least. Starting with the reception area trash everywhere. I was first given a room 234, when I got to the room it was open, no sheets and trash inside. I went back to the receptionist, and she gave another room 237, the carpet was all stained, the furniture couldn't even close, there was no handle to turn on the water on the shower, and there were exposed rusty nails from the end of the carpet. I went back once more with the receptionist, then I was given 154, again the door open and just look like someone just left, the room had not been cleaned. I went back a 4th time and this time I was told I had to wait for another 2-3 hours until I could get a room. This is not acceptable, I had to get another hotel, very very bad management.

The worst inn ever Dont Go There”

I had a medical procedure and I headed to the hotel because I wanted to take a rest and the check in time was not indicated on my booking confirmation. I got there around 1 but my car was broken down and I could not move it. I could not tow it for my medical condition. I waited 45 min in hot weather of phx while my car did not start to even use the air condition air. There was a kid in the reception and telling me my mon is not here. After an hour her mon came but did not let me chk in with all the conditions I had. I waited there till around 3, about 2 hours, and a mechanic came to the hotel parking and fixed my car temprory. It was 2.40 and I went to the reception but the woman there again refused to chk me in with a bad behavior. I got very embarrassed. Finally, she gave me a key and I headed to the room but unfortunately the room WAS NOT clean from the previous guest. She gave me a key to a dirsty messy room of another guest. When I argued they said they will clean it soon. But I decided to leave and did not stay there however I had paid the fee. 130$ Which is very expensive for a dirty Inn like this. So impolite unprofessional weird place that I DONOT recommend to anyone.

If you are a female solo traveler do not book this hotel. I felt extremely unsafe pulling up here and getting out of my car, I booked two nights and did not even fully check in because I felt very unsafe.

Drug addics everywhere , no security on property to clean the place up , staff was rude , door problem everyday & have to wait in line just to have your key resetted
