Close to Impact Arena and Friendly Staff”

I couldn't be more thankful to the staff of Room@Doze for helping us out prior our visit as we encountered some technical issues during the room booking process. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately recognized me even though we have never met (only corresponded on Facebook). It shows how detail and observant the staff is. Their customer service is A+. Regarding the room, it's pretty cozy but the walls are rather thin so I could hear other tenants' footsteps easily. However, the room is well equipped with basic amenities and there's nothing I would complain. Room is clean too. It's a recommended place to stay if you're heading to Impact Arena as it's only 15-20 mins walking distance from Room@Doze. It is not recommended for tourists to be really honest because there ain't any market nearby other than the local market which you can't really get what you want. It wasn't an issue to me because all I ever need was a place near Impact Arena so I could save on the taxi fare.

Above our Expectations”

We were very impressed with the room provided. My husband (a frequent hotelier) was most surprised with what Room@Doze offered. From clean sheets to individually wrapped towels and totally unexpected beverages and cup noodles offered and free WIFI!! There's not much to do around the area though. A comfortable 15 minutes walk brings you to the busy Convention Center / Arena (for concerts). A place to return to :)

No frills budget hotel near to Impact Arena”

We decided on Room@Doze Apartment as it is close to Impact Arena where we are attending a conference for 3 days. However, if you intend to do alot of shopping in Bangkok, then this place will not be ideal as it is far from the town and no other transportation infrastructure is available. Taxi is easily available and there is no problem to hail a taxi any time of the day. There is no shotage of food choice too and there is a shopping malls nearby.

Even the room is not large but still are clean and comfort. Place is so quiet in night but so lively with little walk to main road. I feel the hotel has improved so many things better than mentioned in old reviews. Happy to stay and feel reasonable price. Will come back again.

Friendly, Cozy and Clean”

This is the place to hire if you need to stay near to Impact, instead of rushing back to Bangkok on expensive midnight public transportation, after concert. My first impression of the place was that it was well maintained and clean. It was nice to know that I had a room that I could sleep in, without worrying about cleanliness. It was around 15 to 20 min walk to Impact Arena and even after the concert at night, it was kinda safe (but precaution is always good). Free wifi, coffee mix, noodle in cups and water. And friendly staff workers.

I felt very comfortable with this place. The staffs were nice from the check-in to the check-out. They clean and tidy the room everyday. And they serve free breakfast every morning. I didnt expect this from the price which was quite low (900Baht) They even have coffee for you all day if you wish. I would totally recommmend this place for someone who travel on budget and still want to get the comfort and convenience. The location is superb because it took me only 4 mins to get to SCG stadium. Thats why i extended my stay one more day with a direct booking which was also done with no hussle right at the reception downstairs at night. Overall i wouldnt say its a paradise on earth but this place really does a great job taking care of the customers. Thank u.

Great value for money”

I stayed here with my friend for concert purpose because we want to watch XIA Junsu Flower Concert that was held in Thunder Dome, Impact Arena. We chose this hotel because of the price and location (it's near impact). Both of us, love this hotel very much! The staff can speak English and can accommodate our need (we need a taxi in last minute after our check-out and they can accomplished that). The uncomfortable things in this hotel are the hard bed and very light partition (so you can hear ppl walk outside and you can make much noises in the room). But, both of it can be covered by all their services and it is actually bearable since we also didnt pay much money. So, it's okay! They have cafe beside hotel, but we chose to buy street food (most of sellers cant speak English, since it is not tourist area) or 7-11 near the hotel (the staff can speak a little English, but they can accommodate us). If you want to go to Impact by walk, it's around 15minutes. After exit from the hotel street, just go to the left and walk straight until you found T-intersection, across the street to the right, and you will find Impact Lakeside Parking Area. In that area, there is a building connected with pedestrian bridge, go to the building and across the bridge and you already arrived near Thunder Dome, just walk a few hundred meters and you alr arrived!

Cosy stay for Thoze in the Doze”

For anyone who needs easy access to the Impact Arena then Room@Doze is perfect with the Impact only an easy accessible ten minute walk away. Friendly staff. Simplistic rooms but comfy enough with hot shower and TV, although Thai channels only...Place has a homely feel..Two star hotel because it's basic but feels like a three star once you're there...Will stay again.

Great place with friendly staff”

Stayed there to attend events at IMPACT arena. It is within walking distance (about 10 to 20 minutes walk depending on the person's walking pace). There is a nice cafe right next door and the food and drinks are good. Prices are reasonable as well. The room is suitably spacious and the bed is comfortable. It even comes with a TV with many channels! Although the bathroom can be a little cramp for a person who is taller and bigger, a smaller-sized person would not have issues. But the winning point of this place is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I had a great stay here. Thank you! Definitely a good place to stay in if you are attending events at the IMPACT areas.

Value for money accommodation near Impact Arena”

Stayed in this apartment for 1 night as I was attending a concert in Impact Arena. After the concert, it was not easy to get public transport back. Therefore, it is a great place to stay if you are attending conference/concert in Impact Arena as it is within walking distance (probably about 15 minutes walk) to Impact Arena. Alternatively, can take a motorbike taxi to/from Impact Arena which cost $20 baht per trip. The staff are friendly, approachable and speak relatively good English. Free drinking water, 3-in-1 coffee sachets and cup noodles are provided in the room. There is a fridge and hot water on every storey where guest can use. Eateries and cafes are also within walking distance from the Apartment. The bathroom is small and the flooring is thin (can hear footsteps when people are walking). However, the value for money and good service attitude of staff make up for these shortcomings. Highly recommended if you just want to stay a night or two near to Impact Arena without having to spend big bucks.

Ideal for concerts at Impact”

Taxi from Mo Chit bus station was THB 120 + THB 15 toll fee. We were expected and received a very warm welcome at check-in which was carried out promptly and efficiently. Lots of information as to getting to Impact. Room clean comfortable and well maintained. Bathroom a little small but for a short stay this presents us with no problems. Just off a main thoroughfare so no issues in getting to Impact THB 50 for taxi there, couldn't get a taxi back as none wanted such a short fare. It was a fifteen minute moderately paced walk. Check out system is very efficient for early departures. Taxi back to Mo Chit was THB 140 + THB toll fee. There is a very time consuming one way/circular route back. Staff were super and the adjoining restaurant/bistro has a superb and extensive menu.The food is top quality. We have already booked for our next concert at the end of this month.

The staff of hotel are friendly. They also have nice restaurant on the first floor. The room was clean but small, especially the restroom. Its size is about an elevator. This apartment does not have elevator, so it will not be comfortable for those disabilities. By the way, the apartment location is in the center of impact city. It's very easy to find restaurants close to it. Additionally, it's not far from Beehive community mall where you can find superstore, restaurants, and cafe.

I book this hotel because me and my friends want to go to TVXQ! T1STORY CONCERT in Impact Arena. If you go only for concert purpose and no have plan to go shopping then this hotel is perfect only 15 minutes walking from hotel to Impact Arena. But if you plan to go shopping, I'm not recommend this place because this hotel place is not in central of public activities. but overall I'm happy when I stay here. Thank you

OK for concert goer to stay”

Read the reviews about the thin wall and small toilet, although it was slightly inconvenient, for a one night stay I wouldn't complain much. Just wouldn't recommend to stay too long, as there isn't much there to do besides the mall. It's about 1km away from the Impact Arena, quite an easy walk, you could also grab a grab bike cause getting a grab car to a concert will take longer time with the bad traffic to the Arena.

Great place to stay near Impact Arena”

It was nice because the night shift receptionist is very welcoming and speaks English fluently. The minus part is the hard rock bed and the small toilet (which they put an apology note outside the bathroom already). Your room will only be made up every 3 days. But it was a pretty good location if u wanna catch an event at Impact Arena. If u wanna go downtown to Bangkok, you can take taxi for 100 THB to Mo Chit station then continue with BTS to Siam or anywhere. In my case, I was travelling with other 3 people so we took a taxi straight to Siam Paragon and it took 220 THB + 60 THB highway :)

Baby friendly :) Nice low-cost hostel with ease.”

We stayed for 1 night in this cozy hostel. The place was easy to find. We are a family with new-born and we asked for baby crib. The hostel doesn't have it but the staff was so nice she managed to prepare us an extra bed (200 thb) I love how the hostel is located in a complex building with a restaurant and shops. The restaurant (same owner) is very beautiful with a small play corner for kids. The food was delicious and they give all the guests discount for the restaurant. Staff (Khun Puu) was pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Decent. Comfort but location wise is moderate ”

Best 2 stars hotel with good price, provided two bottles of drinking water n cup noodles. Room is comfort with Ikea furniture but toilet too small. You may knock your head or hand or leg during shower. Its good they got fridge and kettle at every floor's living room. Nearby got lots of restaurants, local restaurants and 7-11 store too. This area look clean and safe.

All points are good but i think the walls are way too thin.. u can literary hear other people talking, open/close door or walking outside the room. it get annoyed if u really need to rest and bad luck if u re in the same floor with ppl from mainland which they talk really really loud to each other (on or off the phone). but if you are heavy sleeper i guess it wouldnt be a problem..

booked, but never stay because i got help from other travelers to stay at their hotel (and it's novotel so I cant deny :p). but if i cancel the booking, i must paid the cancellation fee and no refund too. so, I dont. but, I chose this hotel because it's near the IMPACT Arena (from the map). I booked this hotel for my next trip. I will update with my review next week ^^
