This place is nice (or very nice) for a short or long stay at Hat Yai. It's location is the best! Lee Gardens Plaza is 2 mins walking distance, 7Eleven, Halal restaurants (Salma, Hamid Restaurant etc.), money changer are all nearby! Kimyong Market is around 10 mins walking distance. The standard room for 2 pax is really spacious with king bed. Paid another 100baht for one additional pax. Though they didn't provide extra bed, they provided the additional pax with pillow and towel which is good enough. The room and shower are really nice with the minimal theme. Everything is nice! I wouldn't mind to stay here again next time.

Excellent”

This was our second time staying here. This time around our room was on the 5th floor. There is no lift but it’s not a problem if you pack light. Room was clean except for some ants on the table and around the bathroom basin. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but there are coffee and snacks in the morning at the common area along with some games such as darts, cards etc. A convenient location in the heart of Hat Yai. Malls, morning markets, and eateries are all within walking distance.

Great price & Fantastic Location”

good location hotel near to everywhere”

this hotel is very near to any market example like lee garden, odean,central, kim yong hatyai plaza, santisuk market, easy to find, got a 7-11 around the corner. the hotel is same as the picture shown, very clean, air-cond very cold, but the water supply abit slow still can be accept, wi-fi speed very fast, the only thing is the staff at the counter not really friendly, the cleaner very friendly. will go back again

The room is very clean & unexpectedly comfortable! Provide bathroom in the 4 person private room. Only problem is the are not lift & have to climb the stairs to 3rd floor each time. Lee Garden Night Market just one block away. Very easy 5 minutes walking. 7 eleven located at the end of the road. Very convenience. Have iron space at front desk with activities such as board games & dart. Provides with light refreshment throughout the day.

Location - just one minute walk to Lee garden plaza hotel, got morning market and night market in front of Lee garden plaza Cleanliness - bedsheet, bathroom everything is clean and satisfied **There is some biscuits, water refill provided at the lobby Cons - no lift provided, if get 5th floor might quite tiring for those who taking big luggage

The location was great. Near to lee garden plaza area. 7 eleven just at the corner. Room is clean. Comfortable. Just one thing, the single bed need to replace. It's very hard. You can feel like you sleep without bed. Otherwise is very good. I will come to this hotel again. And a recommended hotel.

I booked a family room, it came with TV & Fridge. Very spacious, very clean and very good location, near to Odean, Lee Garden, KimYong market etc. This hotel is high;y recommended. They served coffee & snack during 7am to 11am.

A very spacious room, near to city, walk ling distance to shopping mall, food stall and market. The only thing to consider is the hotel does not have lift. Overall very satisfied, will back here for next visit.

Pros +Good price and location, just behind Lee Garden Plaza. +Simple yet good designed room - especially wifi and shower +Have magnetic door at stair for security, your key tag is your access card Cons -Do not expect an early check in because it is always full. However you can keep your beg there (at your own risk, that is) while waiting for check in. -Only stairs - mine was at 5th floor

Everything about this hostel is great. We had a nice stay here. Easy access to 7e, massage place, Salma Restaurant & few step to Lee Garden Night Market, Kim Yong Market & Kai Tod Decha. Please standby RM50 for deposit. Can use baht but we prefer to use MYR.
