Beautiful location and friendly staff”
The hotel is a little outdated but the rooms were amazing as well as the restaurants. The amenities were good as well but one of the only drawbacks was that there was no indoor pool. The beach which is about a five minute walk is above standard with a cool obstacle course and Alot of cool things to do with the children. Also the Zanpa lighthouse is about a 15 minute walk. Overall the location is the selling point. Highly recommend

The hotel is at a great location, directly by the beach, but also by Cape Zanpa with a view of the lighthouse and nice walking trails nearby, so there are great options to enjoy the beautiful area around the hotel.

The distance to the blue cable was rather vague. You can book a lot of activities including bicycles in the lobby. There are various things to enjoy on the first floor, so it would be better if you come to the family unit!

great view of sunset, nice japaneses style dinner, but the mattress on tatami is a bit too thin, I can feel the tatami when sleeping. the sweet potato shop is just next to it. the public shower area is nice and big. But unexpectedly require parking fee, where its location definitely need driving.

This is not the first time for us to stay in this hotel, we did not feel touching anymore. The facilities are still good, especially the bath on first floor. However, the services this time are not good, there was no hotel staff bringing us to room, the staff brought us to room and also introduced the environment last time which made us felt touched. Hotel offered free ice last time but they requested us to pay for it this time. It's still a good place to stay if you want to enjoy hot spring but do not expect good service.

Late check-out is not available when you're attending a wedding reception in the morning, its very rush which also need to manage the check-out. The staff is very polite indeed, however, everything is with a fees. Overall is clean hotel, however, very old fashioned and aged hotel.

Very bad experiences ever I had ..... we booked this room with price JPA10,726 in 1.5 months early reservation. This hotel was referral by friend. Honestly, we know early booking which might offer best and lower price. But we never knew it our price such Low? However, we been arranged in second lower floor (4/F), very little seas-view with chimney view, broker chair, two extra beds inside room even we are only two people. Unluckily baloney can’t be opened. We felt ver inferior when we shared to front desk. Our booked room type can’t be selected and arranged. However, we never know experiences in such bad. They requested for pay extra money to get higher floor and seas-view. We felt very inferior and seem our paid money not up to standard. This was first time we stayed here but I can tell that this must be the last I stayed here. Even if they changed to same floor but kept remind us not able to change room. My god we didn’t wanna change room and pls go see the condition.

Great hotel with good service”
The room is spacious and clean. No bottled water was provided but there's a kettle in the room. It takes 40mins by walk to the Yomitan bus terminal. So not too convenient for people who didn't have a car. There's a convenience store and few restaurants inside the hotel which offer great food and not too pricey. The hotel breakfast is really nice with great variety of choices! The hotel staff has provided excellent service! I would definitely come back if I travel to Okinawa again!

Traditional Japan Style Hotel”
Okinawa Zanpamisaki Royal Hotel is close to the Zanpa Cape, just 2 mins drive from it. Offers free parking and lots of parking lots are provided. Breakfast is fair, remember the serving time ends at 1000. Service is good, in conclusion, this hotel is value for money.

Great hotel, nice staff and spacious room”
I stayed during the time when the super storm was hitting okinawa. We ended up staying inside the hotel the whole day. But we weren't bored at all. The room is spacious enough for my little boy to run around; the staff are all very friendly and helpful; the restaurants are all serving good food. Very pleasant experience.

it's a bit far from the Naha city, but the environment is extremely good. There are no building around the hotel, can enjoy the view from everywhere of the hotel. It is very close to the Zanpamisaki, i could walked to there from hotel and enjoy the scene. The rooms are pretty, tidy and clean, I have enjoyed my accommodation there a lot.
