Exceptional”
We stayed at the Royal Palms Motor Inn last night stopping in on our journey home from Queensland to Sydney. We Booked through Agoda.com purely for the discount. Check in was a simple process and we paid an additional fee for the cost of the port-a-cot hire. When we got to the room it was clean and tidy. The port-a-cot had been made up with sheets - which was perfect as after several hours in the car with two under two the last thing we wanted was to have to set the port-a-cot up. The beds were comfy and the shower had just the right amount of water pressure. We ordered breakfast which came promptly at 7:15, as requested. The breakfast menu was a little unclear and we ended up with extra milk and bread to toast but we were all fed well before our final leg of the journey. Checkout was an easy process - we were greeted by a lovely lady who wanted to ensure we had a great stop over and a refreshing nights sleep. We settled our bill and went on our way. This was a great little motel

Clean and comfortable stay”
Room was clean and comfortable with all stated amenities. Heater worked well. Decent room size. Beds were comfortable with adequate blankets and good pillows. There were enough parking spots for guests. We drove a few km’s to get dinner and do some supermarket shopping because the nearby shopping centre was closed by 8pm. For the price we paid, we would recommend a stay here.

Clean, clean, clean”
This room we were in was a basic one room with bathroom. It was exceptionally clean, the bed, linen were excellent. The pool was lovely, and the location was amazing, we just walked to the beach, hoey moey for dinner, and other cafes. We could also walk to Park Beach shopping centre and there was a small group of shops including a small supermarket next door. Highly recommend this motel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The motel is only 5min from the shopping centre. Location is great! I will certainly go back to this place again. Friendly and wonderful staff!!!

This was unexpected simply not one negative.An older motel that is very well maintained and the management superb from checkin to checkout . The room has everything you would need ,we would not hesitate to recommend and definitely here again. Please support them they deserve it and you will not be dissapointed.

We stay at this hotel on the way up the coast it is close to all facilities and about 100m quay from the Hoey Moët hotel which is good for a drink and affordable meal

Nice place to stay”
Overnight stay on the way to Brisbane, hotel was very clean, staff friendly and in good location. One point to note though is reception closes at 8pm (not sure if thats every night or just weekdays) so arrange for key in room or with reception prior to avoid confusion. Reception very helpful with that though and left a message on my phone and email.

This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It’s a sort walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. That’s all we needed.

Very friendly”
Stayed 2 nights. Very helpful managers. Also $1.50 cans and $2.50 juices in fridge at reception. Good sized rooms, air con good, nice beds, very clean. 2 doors to early morning bakery and take-away food places. Also close to Hoey Moey hotel for great daily meal specials. No traffic noise as off highway.
