A hotel is a rented home where to stay 3-5 days. I had visited many countries & stayed in many hotels. Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang hotel is a place where I was much happy because of the hotel's location, room's cleanliness, stuff's politeness, immediate actions of any demands & cordial behaviours. During the breakfast i was introduced with some ppl, most of them were repeated guest who stays here. Since last 4days (18th Feb, 2018) i was staying there with my wife & 1 year old baby. Suddenly at midnight of yesterday (21st Feb) my baby was facing high fever but was feeling better at morning. So, for half an hour i was out of the hotel & suddenly got a call when my wife was loudly crying & let me know that baby's temperature has suddenly increased & baby was shaking his body, twisting & rolled over his eyes. I was just running to the hotel. When reached there i had noticed that my Shona was senseless, wife was running to the hotel lobby, the GM of the hotel with some stuffs are also running, already arranged a taxi, advised us to take the necessary documents & the AGM of the hotel took our bag & taken us to the hospital, did every thing for us in the hospital (described baby's condition to the hospital ppl, bought foods etc) From the very beginning to till released & returned back to the hotel Ms.Ajarishah (AGM) was with us. After our return to the hotel to till our leaving (today) every stuffs was asking about my baby. These ppl did something that we were feeling that we are leaving our family in Malaysia. At present we have safely reached in my country, baby has still fever but better now. Alhamdulillah. We are thankful to all the stuffs of Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang Hotel. We'll never forget you.

Great hotel with strategies location”

I was stayed in The Royale Bintang Hotel with my family (Wife and young children 2 year and 5 year old). Our room was on 16'th floor and when first come inside our room it was an outstanding view of Twin Tower and KL Tower that we can see clearly as like it stand in front of our window. When we looking for food, just across the street we can find a roal full with so many foods and with affordable price too. This road will be full of restourant all night long starting from 5 PM until 4 AM in the morning. This hotel also surrounded with so many malls/plaza like Sungei Wang Plaza, Berjaya Times Square Plaza and IT Plaza very easy to access if we want to go shopping or just have to buy stuff we forget to bring from home. My children love to sightseeing the whole Kuala Lumpur city with Monorail, because we can just walk around 5 minutes to the monorail station of Bukit Bintang. It was very fun and memorable holiday in The Royale Bintang Hotel at Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur. We will surely come back again.

i have stayed 4 days in this hotel, i can recommend everyone to choose this hotel if , they are going first time to kuala lumpur. it is located in the bintang street , and the monorail(station bukit bintang) is near by. also the malls en entertainment area bukit bintang is two minutes of the hotel. the personnal ofthe hotel are very nice.good service and very big rooms. inhad a wonderfulltime here . iw ill visit you again if i am coming back to malaisie kuala lumpur

The hotel locatea at bukit bintang street which like orchard road in singapore. Really close to alor street which you can find heaven of food. Staff are very nice and warm. I felt so helpful for everything i need to ask to explore kuala lumpur. I booked deluxe room with king size bed. The room was very comfortable. I will coming back to the royal bintang hotel when i come to KL.

they have a great swimming pool. the location is fantastic as well. in bukit bintang. easy access to bukit bintang and monorail. the price is reasonable. for those who would like to see the central of kuala lumpur this hotel will be the best choice you can ever get. For those who want to shop electronics good, go to Yatt Low Plaza just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Front desk staffs are very polite and friendly. Will be staying in this hotel again in the near future.

We arrived at the hotel during the Peak season, and they had many "over-bookings"(online), hence they ran out of rooms for the remaining guests. However, they had a great follow up plan in upgrading us to their other hotel: The Royale Chulan. They even had the transport to the other hotel,provided for us. Check-in at The Royale Chulan was smooth, staff were friendly and we had a comfortable stay throughout. Breakfast was a good spread with both asian and western cuisines. As for The Royale Bintang Hotel, its location is very close to Sungei Wang and Lao Yat Plaza (the IT mall), if you like to shop at these locations

The best Stay”

It was our first staying in this hotel and we were really impressed by it. Firstly the reception does not impress you but when you enter your room with a great view on Kuala-Lumpur you everything is changing. The room is very spacious, clean, with big bed and spacious marbled bathroom. The breakfasts are PERFECT! You can find there everything you need whether you are asian or european (nuts, dried mangos, pancakes, cheese and so on). We also liked the location. If you do not want to use a taxi just take a monorail to get to the Bukit Bintang station and it will take just 7 minutes walk and you are at the hotel. It is very close to many shopping centres and restaurants. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Royal Bintang”

Royal Bintang has always been my favourite whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. It is located close to the busy shopping strip of Bukit Bintang. The night market is within walking distance from the hotel. The room is clean and well presented. There is also a wide slection of food for breakfast.

I am very happy to have known about Kuala Lumpur Royale Bintang Hotel. All the staff at the reception were exceptionally warm and friendly. Helpful and made us feel welcomed. My 2 children would definitely come back to stay at your hotel in the near future. we love the location of the hotel as it is accessible to the shopping centres, The 3 of us found a massage centre just across the road we sure had a great massage session indeed! We would definitely come to stay at this pleasant hotel. The only thing I would like to feedback was an unbearable noise we encountered during our stay early evening I had a bad headache with the noise it made it worst. We did complain about the noise which sounded quite close to our room. We were unable to sleep unfortunately otherwise our stay was GREAT!.

Royal Bintang is ideally situated on Bukit Bintang road, one of the most interesting locations in KL. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was also very nice. Hotel staff pleasant and very helpful. I even booked a nice blue cab taxi from the hotel to drop me at the airport. Absolutely safe and secured. Bukit Bintang has lots of happenings at this time of the year. Plenty of shopping areas and malls at relatively good prices and also lots of nice restaurants and entertainment places nearby within walking distance. This is my third stay at Royale Bintang. I strongly recommend this hotel.

everytime i am visiting kuala lumpur, the rotale bintang hotel is the favourite place to stay. it's strategic location where hustle bustle of bukit bintang steets can been witness from this hotel. the hotel itself provide a varities of breakfast, a free internet connection via wifi in the room. overall rating for this hotel is very good and worth for the money.

A Nice Hotel in Bukit Bintang Area”

Bukit Bintang is one of the most visited area in Kuala Lumpur and the Royale Bintang Hotel is located on the famous Bukit Bintang Street. All the various shopping and culinary centers are just in walking distance from the hotel and the area seems to never sleep. If you're to go to the Twin Towers, it just takes minutes to get there from the hotel. I will consider the same hotel when it comes to visit Kuala Lumpur again.

My husband & I stayed at the Royale Bintang Hotel in Jalan Bintyang Kuala Lumpur for almost two weeks. The breakfasts were good and plentiful & the rooms cleaned methodically every day. We were imprerssed by the location of the hotel, within walking distance of all meal areas &m shopping. the taxis were easy to get, although slichtly more expensive than the taxis a little further up the road. Our room was clean & tidy and when we were not out shopping we watched great TV and or listened to music on channel 16.

Great hotel, good location, good service”

Overall well satisfied with the hotel. We stayed only one night at this hotel. We booked a Deluxe room. We stayed on the 13th floor. Seemed to me like the room was just newly renovated. The whole room was nice & bright. The bed was not too hard. They had a few more better channels available on cable. The person at the reception was also very good. Only drawback I would say is the wireless, which kept dropping off. We don't know why though. We had stayed 2 previous nights at Federal hotel (next door to Royale Bintang). It was such a bad experience. So moving to Royale Bintang was so much more satisfying. And price wise, was only a difference of a small fraction. So we were regretting not staying all the 3 nights in RB instead. We have stayed in RB before. Comparatively, this deluxe room was so much better than the Superior room we had stayed in previously. The rooms looked a bit more worn out and older previously. The deluxe room seemed very new. Breakfast was good. Location wise, just great. Situated right at the centre of all shopping places & night life. Will recommend people to stay here.

I ve always booked Royale Chulan since year 2008 till now and never had any problems accept for the Bath room some time give me problem due to blockege . I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Bintang Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It is ideally located, clean and very friendly. The hotel has a very pleasant ambiance. There were no group tours (well, not during my stay) special requests were honoured, the swimming pool itself as well as its environs are very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was a buy time in the dining room but everything was handled well. There was a good range of food available.

Spacious Room in a Strategic Location”

Royal Bintang Hotel is located almost at the end of shop and mall lined street called Bukit Bintang. It is very conveniently located and you can easily walk to the Bukit Bintang center ( 5 minutes leisure walk). Hotel Lobby is large and convenient and gives a welcoming feeling. The room is spacious for the price we paid. Room amenities even include iron and iron board. Bathroom is clean and spacious with bathtub and standing shower - no complaint about the bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly. We asked for room with good view of the city and were allocated a room with view of Petronas Twin Towers. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur and suggest this hotel to my friends, especially when they travel with family.

Have a short stay during visit to Kuala Lumpur. Staff friendly , breakfast is nice, rooms clean and the pool is great. Room services closed at 10 pm which maybe because the PKPP is going on..so a bit dissapointed could not taste the signature dish of Royale Chulan.. Enjoyable short trip
