Hotel is very nice and very clean. Staff is friendly. Basic amenities are there. Wifi is really good. It is very good value for money. Downside is the poor location. But there are places to eat nearby. Own transportation is required.

We booked 2 family room . But upon check in staff told us, only one room available. The staff arrange another twin room for us. According to staff, Agoda didn't check with them if room available. they just conform the booking. We are so disappointed with Agoda arrangement.

room is good but there is no wifi for customer, mybe just for their use only. plus, they dont provide resit for company's claim if u r booking online. there is no halal restaurant nearby. infront of the hotel got 1 restaurant but have 2 to 3 dishes only.on day time while im staying,it is so noisy with wall drilling sound.and i dont like the indian old lady attitudes at the reception the day i came, she is hot tempered person. if u just come to sleep at night only, then it will be ok. if u r planning to relax n chill at day time, its not recommended.

The room smell cigaratte despite it's non smoking room. Also, the Indian lady cutting an onion in the reception area making the hotel smell like an onion😒. Lot's of noise too make we can't have a good rest...

Unexpected dysfunctional system”
Book a week earlier turns up when we check in the hotel are fully booked due to walk in customer and they make a renovation hence cannot cater almost all booking customer . I’ll never set foot on this hotel again
