Nice boutique hotel , good size clean modern room clean good bathroom, tv internet ,, all you need if you come to explore, no fitness or pool , both local if you want to go play ,, very pleasant and helpful staff/owner will stay again

Strong sewer smell in bathroom ”

I stayed on the 4th floor, bathroom smelled very bad, unbearable sewer smell. Walls are paper thin, next door made noise until midnight. It is about 7 kilometers from Central Plaza, you absolutely need a car.

Just a great place”

Hadn't stayed for nearly two years but they remembered my favourite room. Staff are very helpful and the rooms or rather my room very good and nicely furnished. Golf course 200 metres away which is why I go and a decent restaurant between. If you want to be north side out of town would recommend to anyone.

If you want to stay in this location which is out of town it's very good. I go for golf across the road and not been for a long time. No drop in standards. Rooms clean and the pool although small is nice for a dip on a hot day. Good restaurant for Thai and European food just up the road. For me ticks the boxes. Complimentary coffee from early morning.

is ok but swinpool is private u can not use dont know why they have picture of it then stupid everthing else is okay but it is noisy there out to a okay big road.

Have stayed before. Always been very good. Room clean as was the pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Although they don't do food two good places within 100 metres for foreign food as well as Thai. Great golf course 200 metres with a bargain golf shop in between. Parking easy. No problem getting in to town 150 baht taxi or samlaw. If I don't like a place I don't go back, here I would anytime.

Lovely stay at this hotel we booked for one night and returned two days later for another, lovely and clean, the room is big enough although not large, good internet,lovely people, although you will need a car if you want to go into town to do shopping or visit the bars, but there is a great restaurant next door,great food and a lovely garden setting.

Great , there is nothing to fault about this hotel, the only thing if you want to be around the bars and shopping you will need a car. There is a great restaurant next door although it only has Thai food it has lots of food that ant wester person would like and there coffee is great. I did give this hotel 5 marks for food only because it is a fault with agoda they don't have an option if they don't have food ,and if i give a low score Agoda give the hotel a bad score which it does not deserve.

Been a bit since I stayed but as good as ever”

Well I haven't stayed for a couple of months. Everything as good as ever. Played golf 200 metres up road. Ate at local restaurant and Goodwill next door very good. For me this location is great even though a long way out of town. They don't need a restaurant here with Goodwill and Nok just near.

Great place for golf”

Not been for a couple of months but again not disappointed. Clean, smiling people working there. Went to Goodwill restaurant next door for dinner which was very good so no problem the hotel does not do food.

Great again. I think this place does not have a higher rating because they don't do food. Complimentary coffee in the morning or tea I think. With Goodwill next door (20 metres) which is excellent and Nok Restaurant just up the road (100 metres) why do they need to do it.

Excellent stay. Smiling receptionist gave me the key and very quickly. Allowed check out at 1pm no extra charge. Complimentary coffee there early before 7pm start. Couldn't fault a thing.

No complaints, really a self service motor hotel. Very tight parking,staff don't help at all. Swimming pool is too small for swimming but OK for small children. Bedding good. Did not like many bare (unpainted) concrete walls. Not expensive but more expensive than other comparable hotels in area. Good signage in English if arriving via hwy 216/210.

Stayed before when playing golf across the road, well just up it. Always clean, staff excellent, best in the area at this price. No food but good eating places nearby with farang food. Complimentary coffee in morning and can get a takeaway just up the road to go with it for breakfast. If you want this location no need to look further.
