Lovely Nice quiet hotel”

Great fantastic small place to stay( the hotel is very relaxing and it is close to everything in walking distance) We are couple who always return to this hotel everytime we visited Lampang .

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Lampang Bus station accessible through a side street. You can get a song taew (truck taxis) for around 20thb per person which can take you around town. Big C is down the street and around the corner. There are a few food shops including 7-11 down the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but we communicated with them in Thai. The room, including toilet, was big with a small LCD TV, refrigerator, balcony and it had an electric kettle. If I need a hotel in Lampang, I would definitely book here again.

Just ok for one night!”

Honestly, don't get the 5* reviews! The owner was very helpful, the rest of the staff less so, maybe a language issue, too difficult to say HELLO or GOOD MORNING in Thai, to a falang. Room was ok, aircon less so, worked miserably, had to turn it to 19C at midnight to actually get the room cooled down (in November, when it really is not hot outside!). Limited parking at the back of the house. Breakfast consists of toast and jam and Nescafe (good coffee is extra).

The rooms are very old basic maintenance cobweb in the bathroom scale everywhere traces of rust around the taps the icing on the cake it smells of tastes in the whole room

Lovely place less than 5 minutes walk from Lampang bus station”

Lovely place less than 5 minutes walk from Lampang bus station. Lovely people managing the place. Very helpful. The wifi was very good. The room was clean and the shower had nice hot water. There's a fan as well as aircon. A nice feature is the corner glass windows looking out on the balcony. I felt at home here.

Good hotel but can still be improved ”

Pons: 1. Helpful and patient reception especially the elder lady. They tried their best to give many advice. 2. They offered me a bicycle for free, which definitely facilitated my trip in Lampang. 3. Design of this hotel is so gorgeous and the environment is full of green elements that I could be refreshed after my tiring whole day. The standard room I stayed for two nights is big and clean. 4. The location is ideal as it is so closed to the bus station (less than 200m). cons: 1. When I checked in, they said there wasn't an immigrant card in my passport.. And had the possibility to report me to the Customs.. Actually I really had no idea why she mentioned this as It was my first time that I had been requested like this during my whole trip in Thailand for 15 days.. 2. The deposit for the key is 300 baht that is much higher than other hotels.. The common standard for Thai hotels is 100 baht I think. 3. Check out time is noon, but when I checked out there was nobody in the reception.. A waste of time..

Clean and friendly”

We really enjoyed our night stay at C2 Residence. The bus station is maybe 300 m away so it was very convenient to travel anywhere in and off the city.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WASHING DONE HERE”

Rooms are nice although they made us change rooms after one night with no reason. Clean and a good size. The staff don't speak English so every time you need something or to ask something they have to go over the road to get the old lady who i guess owns the place. Do not get your washing done here they charged us 600 baht which is the most we have paid in 2 months of being in Thailand and we only got a few things washed about 2kgs. Location is close to the bus station but nothing else. Taxis are cheap but nothing to see in Lampang really.

Convenient hotel / great staff ”

The staff gave us a warm welcome and although there were some language issues, helped us getting around Lampang. Would recommend this hotel if you have a stopover and want to be close to the bus & train station.

basic stop over ”

Stopped over on the way to Chiangmai from Bangkok. Good clean, basic. T.V. hard to operate, but not a big issue. Only Thai programming. Breakfast was some toast, and instant coffee... but can't expect that much for a budget hotel

Won't stay here again ”

Very unpleasant. Much older building than agoda shows, dirty bed, really cold room, bathroom window wouldn't close and it was 8 decrees Celsius outside, cold shower, and guy on front desk had no English. No suggestions as to where to eat, except for 7-11. Maybe I was just unlucky.
