The location of the hotel is next to Central plaza ,Department store.,very near famous UD night market, and railway station .very clean and great staff..All the hotel staff from the porter, the receptionist and breakfast restaurant staff all so polite and always smiling. Checking time was 15.00 but arrive hotel at 08.00 am the hotel was kind enough to give us room at 10.30 for they had to have room cleaned .They were so kinds as to take time to call us to inform that the room was ready for us. Thank u Centara hotel, will sure stay here on our next visit to Udorn Thani. And will recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

The Best in Udon”
Udon has a load of new hotels, many cheaper than Centara; however, none of them are better and none of them are a better bargain. Centara is the best. The rooms, recently renovated, are roomy and comfortable with two easy chairs by the window. Nice bathrooms with walk-in showers. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the chef is so good we often have dinner at the hotel. Centara is adjacent to the shopping center, so you have easy access to restaurants and supermarket. The final word: the staff is fantastic. Stay here.

The Best Just Got Better”
I have always been a fan of this hotel. The price is reasonable, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with good views. The staff are friendly and helpful. Previously, the lobby music was TERRIBLE, but new music has been found and it is wonderful. Also, the make a good Cosmopolitan! The chef for dinner is excellent, so you don't have to go looking for a good meal. And the shopping center is next door, so if you are OK with shopping center chain food, you can eat on the cheaps. Stay here.

Hotel is some what luxurious. Very spacious lobby. 2 free welcome drinks that you can upgrade for 50B for beer or wine. Pool was nice but water is cold. Would be better if the pool was heated. Rooms are beautiful. Nice shower, and bathroom. Bed was nice, location was great. There are no flaws about this hotel, except the pool is not warm enough water. If you pay about $40 that’s an awesome deal. $45 is descent price. For $50 or more I’m not sure I’d stay even though it is probably worth it. I can find almost as good for $35-40 with also very good location. I did stay at a hotel that was on the other side of this one. It cost about $40, not as nice or big as Centera Hotel, but it was still nice. If $10-15 more a night is no concern. Definitely try to stay at this hotel.

I booked this hotel in an Agoda special deal of 1200 bht per night, wow! The hotel is centrally located next to shoppipping mall, very convenient. It’s also just a very short walking distance from bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, had everything you need. Room service was good, very quick to bring our requests. I would of expected to pay 4 or 5 times the rate I paid for this hotel. I will definitely stastay again.

Excellent Hotel With Great Location”
Very impressed with the high quality and top level service of the Centara Hotel! Excellent location as it is attached to the big mall. The mall has an excellent food court for local food if you are interested. The front desk and housekeeping teams are extremely helpful and friendly. Had issues with internet connection and it was quickly fixed after a phone call. The front desk helped us secure a local driver for a tour of Nong Khai. The driver was a pleasant surprise and we had a great day of touring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure in meeting your needs. We reserved a JUNIOR SUITE but this room is huge! It is bigger than most suites in any hotel. 2 bathrooms, a very large living room and big bedroom as well.

Great service with many helpful. Well-prepared turning on air-condition at the room and all lighting. ธThe layout is great with large living room, bedroom and bathroom. So comfy bed with working and rest corner. There are shower and bathtub in the bathroom. So you can relax here but it's too hot water! Breakfast is so variety in Udon and delicious esp. Thai tea. The location is very convenient to jump to Central Department Store! Love it. In summary, I'm so happy to stay here and will come back soon. Recommended!

Needed a place to stay after COVID-19 and this was a place as the facilities were so cleaned and well kept. You had your temperature checked at the door, they alcohol cleaned your ID card, the room was sanitized, and breakfast was awesome. Recommended....

Reasonably priced, with a five star breakfast, this is our favorite place in Udon. The chef is so good, we often stay at the hotel for dinner. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and cleaning is excellent. Being located next to the shopping center means that everything is convenient.

My go-to place to stay in Udon Thani”
Centara is an establishment which, in my opinion, is the only hotel I would consider staying in Udon. Location-wise, it is right in the heart of the city, linked to Central mall, and within walking distance to buses and minivans to most of Thailand. The rooms are very well equipped, with a stocked minibar, fast wifi and strong showers. Service is consistently good.

Nice One Night Stay”
Needed some place to stay because of a flight the following afternoon. The Centara was very nice, and had the bonus of being connect to a mall that had lots of places to eat. There were also several other restaurants within walking distance. Can't say too much else since we were only there for the night, but had zero complaints.
