Breakfast was good & all the staff were very friendly & helpful indeed 4. No Deposit taken by Mr Sukma as I paid in full for our ONE(1) Night stay 5. It was our repeated stay because my family & I love the Paradise Cabana Room with balcony on the 2nd floor & beside the Gym + facing the Pool directly 6. As requested, we got the same Paradise Cabana Room #2218 with sincere gratitude to Mr Sukma, an excellent asset to Corus Hotel for sure 7. The room was so refreshing & toilet so clean as expected 8. Great stay, almost perfect actually.”
I loved my stay there--the poolside room was awesome! And the whole place was clean and well maintained, especially for the price. My only problem was the surprise government tax/fee on checkout! It felt nery sneaky since it was not mentioned at the check-in procedure. Maybe it was in the fine print of the booking or the checkin, but you would think that they would mention it since it was a large percentage that came as I was leaving. It felt like it was done on purpose the way it all happened. Better communication would have been better so that I wouldn't have felt tricked.

Suitable for business or family trips!”
Was there for work (had to attend work nearby) but my family came along for leisure. The hotel had adjoining & connected rooms which was excellent. Location is as best as could be: near shopping malls, & places for sightseeing, good food options & accessibility, convenience store nearby, convenient access to public transportation. Parking was convenient too. Rooms are clean, spacious & satisfactory. Facilities in the room were in working condition and decent for work purposes (with proper work desk & chair).

I stayed here with my husband for business trip for 4 nights. Perfect location for city lover just 5mins walk to KLCC. Near with many choices of public transport (bus, lrt etc). I booked grab to go for my course at Wisma Sejarah. Very convenient hotel, got room with balcony. Nice and clean swimming pool, gym and sauna. They have spa for massage which I will want to try for my next stay. Everything was 5 stars for me.

Staff available were professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and comfy, spacious too (executive) and the executive lounge was comfy and a good place to wind down and catch a fragrant cup of coffee. Location is spot on, as Aeroline bus service was right downstairs, a huge kids-friendly mall (Avenue K) was beside, and a delicious foodtruck night food spot was just next door (TAPAK). And it's only a short walking distance from KLCC. Would definitely come again!

Best hotel and nice service. good breakfast choice and food taste. The bell man and valet staff so nice. I forgot to request KLCC view.. no connecting room for twin bed room. Room big and the bathtub also big. All room facilities is complete.. air cond in good condition also, but only on the checkout day, there is water dripping from the ceiling. Im staying with my 2 kids and my parents. They enjoy the stay very much. The pool need to book. But since we stay on weekday, no one go to pool. We conquer the pool but still limit to one hour per session due to PKP. Will go again when my father has appoint at IJN. Very nearby IJN, grabcar for RM5, valet parking rm20. Avenue K is on right side, food truck on left side, KLCC is on the other side of road..

The hotel to stay.”
Love the fact that it is surrounded with shopping Malls and easy access to food stall. Spoil for choice. The array of different types of food. Wow! Really. You have the Budget ones and restaurants and even food trucks around the corner. The trains stations is literally just next door. Hotel is clean. No BUGS... had a really bad experience before in another hotel. Staff were really nice . Hot water working. Aircon fantastic . Bedsheet were fresh. So all in all I would definitely visit again.

We booked king size bed room and we were lucky the room next to swimming pool. The staffs were very friendly. The location is 5 stars ..close to shopping mall, kiosk, kl twin towers. Our room very clean and has balcony. Of course we will come here again.

Corus Hotel is highly recommended for couple and family. It's literally 5mins walk to KLCC - close to everything; public transport, taxi, attractions, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket. We took the Aeroline coach and decided to stay here for a night. The place was spacious, comfortable and everything was available - including parking! There is a construction at the time which might be a little noisy but we were not disturbed much.

Room is spacious, modern design, bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast limited by tasteful. Have foodtruck park next to the hotel, plenty of local and fusion food, open until midnight with live band. A nice place to hang out with family and friends. Walking distance to KLCC and Avenue K, only 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to LRT Ampang Park and LRT KLCC only 5 minutes walk.

Booked for Deluxe Twin room for 3 person and everything was perfect. Front office staff were responsive and good. Receptionist, buffet and cleaning room staff were excellent and friendly. Deposit money keep it at minimum value which is very, very good. Bed, bathroom and towels are clean. Slippers provided although not mentioned in agoda description. Extra bed is very good. Buffet breakfast is good and the place is clean. Chicken sausage, beef bacon, fried rice, omelette, boiled salted egg, pastry, hot tea and bread pudding are very good and tasty. Location is very, very nice. Walking distance to Avenue K in just 2 minutes, and you can went straight to LRT station or walk through underpass to Suria directly from there conveniently. Taxi services are quite good, but I would reccomend using Grab app to avoid overprice rate. Would consider staying in Corus again for sure.

Exceed Expectations ”
I have had been staying few hotels in Johore . I rated them average in terms of their location, cleanliness, value for money, staff, and facilities. However , when I walked in the Corus' s hotel lobby , I was greeted by the staff without smile or whenever I crossed path with any of the staff from reception staff, security, porter, cleaner etc. Sometimes I wondered who was that greeted me and my with wife. Friendly and efficient staff.

The security was very alert. My wife was followed by a man from Tapak Foodtruck. The guard noticed the suspicious man and followed an arm’s reach from him. And this was infront of the hotel reception too. The man gave up and went to the carpark basement when he saw the guard. Overall, hotel stay was good. Nice makan and pleasant mall (Avenue K). Suria KLCC can jus go under Ave K underpass

Stayed at Corus Hotel KL with my 2 daughters for a 2 days and 1 night stay. Have been wanting to try Corus for years, but never got around to it. And it wasn't disappointing. Check in was a breeze, greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff Mr Mazalan ( ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). Despite the check in time at 3pm, Mr Mazalan helped to check us in just after 2pm knowing that my daughters were tired from the travelling. The room was clean, spacious with clean bed sheet and fresh smelling towels. Parking was easy. Location, Cory's is right smack in the centre of Jalan Ampang, plenty of F&B outlets, there's a food truck area and KLCC, Avenue K are just within a walking distance. There's a 7Eleven 50 meters from the hotel's entrance. Overall, it was a good and satisfying experience.
