Best stay in Udon Thani by far”
We stayed here because of location and the facilities and appearance of the hotel, when we arrived we weren’t disappointed. from the moment we arrived everything was absolutely wonderful, the staff were courteous and friendly, the check in process efficient and welcoming, shown to our lovely room and we weren’t disappointed, has to be one of th cleanest facilities in Udon and certainly at a high level when comparing to some of the best rated hotels in Bangkok such as Anantara Riverside and So Sofitel. I have no problem is saying our facilities were second to none. The bed was super comfy and they have a pillow menu selection if you ask, you can ask for a ironing board and iron if you want to press clothes yourself and they have business facilities as well. All the staff including the Hotel Manager Yao were welcoming and made us feel like we were home, very welcome indeed. Definitely now my number 1 choice when I come to Udon Thani.

Feel Like My Home Away from Home”
Feel like home in all aspects. My family and I spent a lot of good time in this hotel. Staff: Service-minded. Friendly. Professional. Car Parking: Free & plenty of parking spaces in an on-site parking building. Facilities: Nice swimming pool, and gym. Cozy and well-decorated public living and co-working spaces. Nice garden. Room: Very comfortable. Breakfast: Variety and plenty of choices. Very delicious. Lunch & Dinner: Tried both. Plenty of choices & all delicious. Location: Very good location. Near everything e.g. many interesting places downtown, such as UD Town, Central Plaza, Stadium, Airport etc.

The hotel Is absolutely stunning everything perfectly and clean. Staff very friendly and I hope the princess stay today and not get the cold eggs for her breakfast like us. It’s only small detail we not like. And the cappuccino more milk more than coffee .. but we very happy to stay in this hotel and I will visit there again😊😊😊😊 give you 5 stars 🌟 anyway.

Very modern hotel esp considering the region. Great restaurant, breakfast omelette is 10/10. Picturesque view from suite of local streets, markets, activities - very interesting for first-time visitor. Staff especially the guys out front were really helpful with the car, it's like a 5 star hotel in a capital city.

I struggled with understanding the language and front desk was so nice to help me out. They even offered to do translation if ever I need by calling them via Line. Exploring the city was good as their recommendations are a great help! I've enjoyed the sights and really wish to go back again. The bedroom is clean, bright and beautiful. Best hotel I've ever stayed in”
The hotel is beautiful. Only downside to it that it is not near the mall. But other than that, I have no complains. It was my birthday the day I checked in, and they surprised me with a delicious cake. Their breakfast is delicious and service is excellent. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff take away your dirty plate every time you have finished. I ordered room service for lunch, and the portion was way more than shown in the pictures, and the food was delicious. Complimentary limo service to the airport, with a massage chair, if your departure timing fits the limo's designated timing. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Udon Thani.

Excellent new addition to Udon Thani”
Had a lovely, but brief, stay at De Princess. Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable, bathroom spotless, strong water pressure, thick, clean towels, prefetching wifi and very quiet all round. The evening staff were very patient and accommodating arranging transport for us. We didn't get a chance to eat there as we had a breakfast meeting elsewhere but the menu certainly looked very good. Would recommend

I must say this is a perfect stay in Udon Thani. The best hotel in downtown area, brand new, very good facilities and atmosphere. Staff are really kind and professional. They have free shuttle to the big shopping mall and airport. They even gave my family a very big surprise for celebrating my wife’s birthday, a big birthday cake and surrounded by smiling faces. I tried their breakfast and lunch, all very fresh, lovely and yummy. I must be back one day, thanks all the staff, my family had a great time! Highly recommend!

Definitely the best hotel in Udon Thani. I made a mistake with the arrival date while booking. The staff gently sorted out my problem without any additional costs! Rare. The bedrooms are spacious and new, especially the Suite with a large bath tub. The breakfast is nice and the bar/restaurant elegant enough to relax and drink a cocktail. Not far from UD town, 7 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.
