Pros: - good position in the city - relatively good facilities - free water Cons: - ignored request to clean the room so no cleaning during four days stay - breakfast: looking good but microwaved stuff from previous day's. - breakfast personal didn't speak English - no one on reception except Caffé business hours

I am not sure if the place could be called poshtel since it does not offer the feeling of being "posh". The setup is pretty basic, bunk bed with toilet and shower. That's it. It is good for young traveller or backpackers. Location is right in front of an old temple. Plenty of dining places in walking distance.

Comfortable and good location in the city, Breakfast should add more fresh coffee. Hotel itself is a Cafe, but serve breakfast with instant coffee,it's funny I thought.

Stay away”
Took our money but the place was locked when we arrived. Nobody answered at numbers they gave us. We had to book elsewhere and eventually they did not refund our money. Very annoying.

no staff as soon as the cafe closed, wifi is not working and can not find staff. Can not check out until the staff came back to work at about 9. Can only check in at 2:00pm. Very late for check in .

Modern and clean”
Pros: modern and clean and fuss free Cons: there's no service staff at night or early morning. The crew is only there when the cafe is opened.

Very good place and comfortable ”
The rooms were specaious and well equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff was generally polite and friendly. The café was nice in all beverage and interior use a pure white that is located in the heart of Lampang

Near clock tower and night market. The cafe downstairs was very nice decorated. You can park in front of the cafe or in the temple on the opposite side.

樓下是咖啡廳，樓上是住宿的 出入是分開的，要刷卡才能進出，很安全。 浴室地板超滑，要很小心。
