clean, friendly staff and great location ”
This is a brand new hotel located just a few minutes walk to Central Plaza Udon Thani. Very convenient location! The hotel is nicely decorated, staff are very friendly and helpful. We travel with you children and our son wasn’t feeling well and threw up on the bed. We informed the hotel and they came to change the bed sheet and provided with new pillow. This was very accommodating. The Swiming pool is nice and just the right size but there’s not kid’s pool so parents will have to accompany their young children. The breakfast provides quite a nice blend between international choices and local Thai dishes with salad bar. The food we ordered at the hotel are quite nice and reasonable price. We will be happy to come back again and stay at this hotel.

Superb”
Staff, Location, Room. All fantastic. From the airport pick up, to check out everything was wonderful. We arrived at around 9am, and check in was 2pm, but they did everything to get us in our rooms by mid day which was appreciated. Rooms - Super clean, great shower, cool aircon. (if I have to find a flaw, the security box was tiny, and couldnt store my laptop) , but forgivable given the great price of the room. Staff were all excellent, from reception, to security, to restaurant and the manager, everyone full of smiles that seem to have been lost in Bangkok.. Will be back again 100%

Great new hotel”
The Le Bua Grand Udon hotel is a great place to stay, the rooms are good sized, the beds, pillows and linen are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower are spacious with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly, including Tony, manager of the restaurant and very good buffet, which had a nice selection of fresh Thai and western food. I booked this hotel for one night to check it out, then booked again for another five nights, I recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again on my next visit to Udon Thani

A jewel of a Hotel”
A brand-new hotel that doesn't disappoint. The staff are as pleasant & polite as you'll find anywhere. The rooms are modern & the beds are exceptional - the bedding is first-class. The bathroom is also very clean & functional. There's an in-room safe & at least five, double electric, power points. There's ample, free parking spaces & wheelchair access - there's even a wheelchair in the main reception area. The breakfast is excellent - cooked to order or buffet style, depending on how many guests are staying. The location is excellent - only 5 - 10 minutes walk to the railway station & Central Plaza. It's also near to probably the most bars in any single street, around - there's even a sports bar opposite. There's a very good swimming pool located on the 2nd floor. In summary, for the price, you'll be hard pushed to find a better hotel around. It might be a little bit more expensive than some of the other hotels around but believe me, you won't regret the extra, small amount, paid.

Pros - location, staff, facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, value for money. It’s a great new hotel. The staff are magnificent. Excellent location and facilities. The weekend BBQ is also worth checking out. I will be back for sure.

You could pay double the price and get less. If you have fussy relatives visiting they will not be disappointed with your choice of hotel. The staff are excellent they make your stay a joy. Book with Agoda for the best price and certainty. Deposit 500baht refunded in full when you leave.

Friendly but professional ”
I was asked when leaving if everything was OK with my room etc. This could sound normal to those that don't live in these parts but let me assure you it is not normal and it made me feel that customers are important once again. Many more pluses but I will save them for next month when I revisit.

Location is perfect! Staff is Great! Hope they keep the price down as I will continue to stay here. Pool seating area could use more shade. They have new competitor down the street, so maybe this will help keep price down.

Great hotel”
We regularly visit Udonthani but generally only stay for 1 night. This is great hotel 5 star service and facilities, we will stay here for all our visits in future. It was real value for money on Agoda. Central Plaza and the restaurant and bar district are only 5 minutes walk and UD town is 10-15 minutes walk. Great location.
