There is nothing special in the VIP room ”

Their VIP room is just a catch, nothing special in it, not even coffee and kettle. There was no toilet paper, only some tissue paper in a dispenser on table. Bed sheet had stains but I slept very comfortable. Room had a moldy smell so I had to sleep with open window. Inside of hotel smell cigarette smoke. I won’t stay there again

Just need a room for a couple of nights. Staff really tried hard to work out what I wanted. Organized taxi's, found someone who spoke English and who worked out where I need to go.

It was really nice. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. If you are new to Udon Thani like me then the staff members will try their nest to help and direct you to where ever you want to go they will even call a tuk tuk while you are sitting and enjoying your tea or coffee. It is a family friendly hotel with a decent atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Stayed a few nights. Distance from downtown, lake, activities - quiet, clean and decent street food nearby. Good value but difficult if you rely on public transportation or taxi/tuktuk

A nice hotel with great value for money ”

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, allthough the hotel is quit far from the city center i enjoyed my stay here. Nearby are a lot of schools so there is plenty of cheap streetfood for sale at the foodstalls. If you come by car there is a very big parking.

It is actually not far from the airport, but the driver wasn't quite sure of its location. Transport by minivan from airport was 80 baht, & should take about 10 minutes if the driver drops you off first before the other passengers staying elsewhere. Anyway Room 218 was big & comfortable with nice bed, but bring along your own shampoo. The free Wifi was fast & smooth. TV & minibar in good functioning order, but I didn't notice any room safe. Good value for the money. Breakfast not available, but there was coffee at the reception. Reception staff spoke little English.

clean family run hotel in quiet part of city”

Is 3km from city shopping centre. Taxi driver had difficulty finding it. Well located for business traveller with car but not so for tourist to get around at night.

Nice and cozy hotel”

this is one hotel i would recommend to if you are going to udonthani. even though it's a little far from the center of the town and many shopping malls in the city but there are plenty of public transportation within easy reach. the staffs are very nice and friendly. there are free wifi to use. they also offer free hot drinks ie. tea, coffee and cocoa 24/7. for the price, this is the deal you cannot beat. the only thing missing is breakfast is not included but that's ok because i went out and had great local breakfast.

nice hotel with really nice modern rooms, the staff were great and very helpful. not right in the heart of the city but close enough, i had a scooter so easy for me, but plenty of places to eat and shop within 5 minute walk. lobby also stock limited toiletries, snacks, drinks and importantly - beer! would def stay there again, especially with the agoda price, was a bargain for such a nice room.
