Not great for high end appearance”
The hotel looks amazing across the common spaces and lobby. I’m sure it’sa great place to hold a wedding reception. However the rooms are not cleaned well and the accommodations within the room left about to be desired. Initial room I got had potato chip crumbs in the bed, so it was clear that the sheets weren’t changed from the last occupant. I guess that just made the bed and called it good. The front desk staff was fine and they quickly apologized and issued another room. That room was better but it was clear that it wasn’t vacuumed as trash and crumbs were on the carpet. Overall not the worst place I’ve stayed but not what I was expecting when seeing the lobby and common areas. Would only stay here again if it were a last option.

Beautiful place! Lauren at front desk was so friendly and professional. Room was impeccably clean. Just a perfect hotel in every way! I will definitely go to The Hilton Garden again!

Filthy dirty dump”
Awful hotel. I really didn't even want to take a shower in the bathroom or for that matter sleep in the bed. If it matters the staff was awesome.

There was a wedding at the hotel and the noise level in our room was so high you cold not sleep until after midnight.

Our stay was good. The staff was friendly enough and the conditions were good and clean. A couple of minor complaints would be the noise level of the bass bumping downstairs - we were on the 6th floor. There were always parties going on (one was an elaborate baby's 1st birthday)…which wasn't a problem, except that I was trying to take an hour nap to refresh for the evening and the bass blasting was loud enough to prevent me from sleeping. My only other issue was that the pool was closed and apparently the hot tub is permanently closed. I choose hotels based upon if they have a nice hot tub - I had a spinal fusion and traveling usually puts my back out. No pool - just a closed sign sitting in a chair. The hot tub was boarded over. For a hotel of this caliber….that was pretty disappointing. I did indeed throw my back out on this trip and really could have used water therapy. My husband and I would stay there again, still. As I said, these are minor complaints.

Great stay . Person at front desk was very friendly and attentive to our problems. Since the Hilton never got your reservation for us. You made sure you took our money but you never booked our reservation with them. Thats not what I call good business practices on Agoda part. But the Hilton honored our email confirmation.

My stay was excellent! The check-in staff were great! Booked a taxi for me and my friends. Met the contractor that is working on the renevations - he advised us to check out the singles night which was AWESOME!

mY stay was made complete by the helpful, cheery, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Particularly front desk personnel. Kay and Patrick. Both are a credit to the Hilton name and the travel hospitality industry. As a frequent traveler, who arrives tired, hasseled and a bit confused about a new surrounding, it always a pleasure to be made to feel welcome and cared for.

Very Nice Stay!”
Our stay at the Hilton was very nice. The staff is very attentive, friendly and efficient. Lobby is nicely decorated. Hotel Restaurant is lovely. My boyfriend and I went to an after party at the "Above" and it is an AWESOME place! Beautifully decorated and the drinks were great! The rooms need to be renovated as they are bit "old", but very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

空港の送迎があるということで申し込んだのに、なされませんでした。 時間をかけて行ったのに、時間を返してほしいです。 しないなら、最初からホテルの案内に書かないでください。 顧客を裏切るのは良くないと思います。
