Thoroughly enjoyable. Lovely restaurant downstairs and access to walking street, temples, and practically anything you’d like. The fitness room contains a ring for Missy Thai practice and cardio, free weights, and machines for a proper workout. Would totally book again.

Excellent hotel, great service, great location, beautiful pool, clean rooms. The only two little, Teenie complaints were a slight damp smell in the room And I assume that’s normal for the tropics, and the drinks at the pool bar were quite weak :-)

OK for the price but some deficits”

Modern Hotel with acceptable rooms, pool and amenities. But most rooms are noisy all night Long, because facing the main road. Most negative point was, that guests are allowed to smoke marihuana in the roof pool area. This for me was a No-Go.

We love our stays here. The best 5 stars hotel in Patong, for sure. Get yourself in either the pool access room or the suite room; you will not regret it. Mr Lob and his team at the front office are examples of how the front office in the hospitality business must be done. Our room is always well cleaned and freshened by Bella & Jnny, and they provide us with enough water and our favourite flavour of Nespresso cups.

A 5 Star Stay in Patong”

I have stayed in Patong a number of years and was a little hesitant visiting post COVID to see how things may have been affected. We chose to stay at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong as a couple close enough to some nightlife, beach and good food, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the hotel, everything was quite modern and spacious. We booked a junior suite with a garden view so that we had a bit more room to relax. ::::: THE GOOD ::::: - Huge room with separate living areas. Perfect if you’re traveling with friends, kids, or just want to separate your entertaining/eating/drinking away from the your bathroom/bedroom area - Modern appliances like large TV (2 TVs), Harmon Kardon sound bar, USB and HDMI connectivity and freestanding bath tub - Beautiful pool area, pool was nice and warm every day we swam. Some more comments on the pool area below - Perfect location. Close to 7/11, Family Marts, Money Exchange, Pharmacy, Massage and plenty of eating options nearby - Beautifully prepared pizzas and food at the restaurant located on the ground floor. Also available at the pool bar - Quick and efficient housekeeping service and very prompt response from front desk if any issues (more information below) - Friendly, welcoming and sincere hotel staff throughout. Eager to have a chat and provide recommendations on great locations to eat and explore if you are stuck for options - Fantastic value for money ::::: THE NOT SO GOOD ::::: - Our particular room had a fault with the shower which meant we were unable to turn it off. Despite this, the maintenance team came very quickly, were extremely courteous and fixed the issue without too much interruption - There were a number of inconsiderate guests in the lobby, especially during checkin. Really clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet”

We‘ve never had such an amazing breakfast buffet like this before and we are traveling around the world now for 8 month. You have everything; thai food, English breakfast things, fruits, juices, great bread, a few egg dishes you can choose, and so on. The hotel is really really clean. The staff is super friendly and will help you with everything. We were even able to book the ferry via the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and you have enough room. The gym is pretty standard; you have a few machines and dumbbells. The pool on the rooftop is nice and clean as well. The only sad thing; the rooftop bar closes at 6 pm. But other then that, we had a blast.

Their customer service requires big improvement!”

I booked Indigo Phuket thinking its going to be like the other Indigo hotels in Europe but I was really disappointed. They require big time customer service training as they don't know how to respond to customers basic needs. I stayed fot 7 nights and had daily complaints on the room service as they would not clean properly and would not refill replace the toiletries and tea/coffee. We had booked pool access room but it was a big mistake, the pool was very cold and dirty, although we complained many times nothing was improved. I reached to a point that I started hating my vacation because of the unpleasant stay in the hotel.
