Helpful staffs”
I lost my passport (I dropped it at the door of the room but didn't notice). The hotel manager (K.Waraporn) was very helpful to help us all the way. They even help to send the passport back to my condo in Bangkok! Can't not tell how much I am appreciated! Will definitely come back if I got a chance!

Junior Suite”
Comfortable spacious room with giant bed. Would recommend rooms with a view over the pool area rather than garden view rooms and pool was ice cold when we visited. We had a tasty evening meal with great service. Breakfast was also good with lots of variety.

Very nice and quaint hotel”
This is an older hotel, but it's part of the Imperial chain of hotels so obviously of a very high standard and the best hotel in Mae Hong Son city. Weather was cool in the mornings as it was early January when we stayed, so a swim in the pool wasn't looking very tempting, but during the day or by March it surely would be. Breakfast was OK but could have been a little better with more variety. I also enjoyed a nice massage in the room. Will definitely consider staying again on my next trip to Mae Hong Son.

A quiet and peaceful hotel”
The check in was smooth and fast. The porter was ever ready to help us with our luggage when we arrived. All I had to do was to let them have my passport for registration. The key to the room was ready. Spacious room with big bed. Downside was the old towels (even though clean). The pool was well maintained and cleaned in the morning. Peaceful and quiet surrounding. Breakfast was adequate and satisfactory. Staff attended to us and even offered for additional serving which we declined as we have small appetite. Will recommend friends to stay here should they come to Mae Hong Son.

Great value at the moment”
This is not a brand-new hotel and is a tad dated and has a few rough edges for sure, but at the price we paid (about thousand Baht) it is very good value. The room we had was large with a comfortable bed and an excellent large balcony overlooking the pool. The swimming pool was excellent. Breakfast was okay and all interactions with staff were reasonable. There is also parking outside.

Old style hotel with lots of wood”
Aging, but well maintained hotel out of town. Good swimmingpool next to a tropical garden with a forest walkway. Wooden floors in the rooms. The bathroom is ok, but on a bathtub, no shower. Breakfast has some selection of Thaifood, fruits and salad.

Last minute stay”
I booked via Agoda very last minute. The parking gets full in the night with tour buses and police vehicles. The ushers will direct you a place to park if you are a guest. Rooms are big but a little bit dated. Bathrooms get pretty wet when showering but their facilities are good. Location wise it’s pretty far from the Night Market.

Very impressive Old hotel ! Great location very clean room and soft new towel breakfast was ok if you come early nice wood and pool view at the balcony. Peaceful at the Covic situation.
