Rooms were big and clean. A lot of parking lots. Staff was helpful.”
Rooms, especially the toilets, were clean and bigger than my first thought. many parking lot. But location was a bit hard to find.

Our favourite hotel! ”
Pros - spacious modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, free coffee in the mornings, great AC and TV channel selection (had 6-9 good English channels too, if one needs them), located a bit out of town so quiet and have a few animals on the property, free bike rentals available at the hotel, seems to be in safe area, free parking in big parking area, bar open in evenings on hotel property (6:30-11:30pm) Cons - located about 10-15 mins walk to the train station, so unless you have a mode of transportation or enjoy walking ( like we do), it could be a negative. (However one could have taken a tuk tuk into town if needed.)

Plastic bed mattress is the only problem ”
I really like INTARA, I always find a good value at this resort. However, plastic mattress cover is a horrible idea because there is no soft cover over the plastic and it feels like sleeping on a plastic surface. I had to grab a clean bed sheet and folded to sleep on. They must put mattress covers (not plastic folks!) under the bed sheets. If next room is quite INTARA is the best place to spend a night. If next room is noisy walls are very thin in the block D, I usually knock on the wall.

Piece of Heaven”
You do need a motorbike to stay here, but l already knew that. This place is amazing. It's on a very large piece of land. There are actually 2 horses on the land that belong to the resort. They have their own restaurant and small outside bar. There are a few local shops around the area. It's so quiet and relaxing. l loved it there.

Thin walls, kept hearing next room ”
INTARA is about half an hour walk or 1.5 km from the Central Plaza and bus station. I like this place because rooms are large, clean and facilities are newer. Resort is large and has ample Thai guests. Only down side is sometimes next room could be very noisy and walks are pretty thin. I had to knock next room doors at 3 of my stay. Their breakfast is bread, butter and jam with coffee

Spacious, nice room and good value”
Positives: nice, spacious room, especially bathroom. Low cost. Parking. Negatives: sink area could use another light and a bit more something (like a tray for soap), mosquitoes, breakfast is toast and tea/coffee. Overall, nice for the price, but without a car you may want to choose a different place.

The hotel is a bit far from city center and you need to have car to be able to explore the city easily. The hotel is clean with setup like resort style. The hotel is expanding its facilities and rooms.

Far from anywhere, dogs around ”
I reviewed this resort before. Pros: large, clean rooms Cons: need Tuk Tuk or taxi, far from bus and train stations, lots of barking dogs on dark streets at night so you can't walk, no English speaking staff. I think room rates are too high for all the negatives it has

If you don't mind staying out of the city a bit it's probably the best value for money in Udon . Nice big rooms in a relaxing surrounding . Huge bathroom , good aircon , good bed . Only downpoint is that you need transport to get to town . Will sure stay again she in Udon .
