The hotel is a basic budget hotel. Not as clean and well maintained. It is located on a busy street and there are many food stalls and coffeeshops and restaurants you can find on the street. Well worth the stay if you are travelling solo and just need a bed for the night

We stayed one night and paid very little. It is basic but liveable. It could have been cleaner but it felt safe. The area was good and not far to walk to the river.

Overall was a good one night stay, the staff is helpful and no major issues with the room or else. There is no restaurant open inside the hotel, also about the breakfast I did not care too much but could have a coffee. The location is very good. Maybe in another location, even in Vientiane for that money I could get something better but I think is acceptable. I paid the Agoda price and would not be happy to pay the full price for the same stay

I stayed here for 3 days. the staff are really helpful and the hotel is in a good spot. BUT it is really dirty in the bathrooms, beds are old but clean and lots of storage space in cupboards. I moved to another room as water started to leak from the ceiling ( was not even raining ) and it was the same poor cleanliness standard in the new room.

It was not so bad because of the reasonable price. I was surprised the hotel has free wi-fi despite of such an old exterior. The location was quite convenient, as there were so many choices of restaurants in walking distance. I just stayed there for one night on the way to go to Savannakhet,Laos just across the Mekong so it was also ok for me the hotel was not so far from the city bus terminal.

Hotel contact number on agoda's voucher is obsolette. Hot water heater not working. Air-conditioner not working. Only 1 Bar of Wifi Signal (both labeled from 3rd & 4th floor), therefore not useable. Clean room but very dirty refridgerator. Looked like never ever been cleaned since bought. Rusted tap water. Bathroom contained hair from the previous guest.

we read some comments before we made our reservation. dont go here. linen which was days old lying around in rooms and hallways, blocked tolets, doors that dont open or close, beds and linen need throwing out and buring, the staff, well looks as though a guest was an incovience'

Cheap motel, only good enough for short stay.”

You get what you pay for, basic room with bed and a surprisingly nicce view of the river. Air con works, t.v had no remote, bathroom was adequate but in need of improvement. I was shown to an air con room very late after a long journey which I accepted. In the morning I was asked to pay the extra as I had booked a fan room but I refused as it was the their own fault for showing me to the wrong room. They weren't happy but agreed, I felt I as right.

Sorry but the bathroom really was dirty, and you will find better for less in Muckdahan.

Budget hotel Value for money”

Hotel reviews are very subjective and difficult because everybody sees things differently. This hotel suits me because of the price, and I can overlook the dirty bathroom and light not working and the thin towels.Staff were responsive after overcoming the language barrier. The true test is- "would I stay there again?" The answer is yes Next time I am in Mukdahan,Iwould stay at this hotel. The only thing missing was a refrigerator which was provided after I asked.

Run from this place as it is a genuine dump! The sheets had holes...the blanket had holes...the room was dirty...the bathroom was dirty and towels smelled! This place is not fit for humans to stay! In life you get what you pay for....I bad little and got nothing in return! The only positive is that the AC ran well!

Durch die Buchung wurde mir direkt bei Ankunft an der Rezeption der Schluessel ausgehaendigt, ein Room Boy pruefte auf dem Zimmer den Bestand an Handtuecher, Seife und 2 Flaschen Trnkwasser. Die Matratze des Bettes war, wie von anderen Reisenden bereits beschrieben, komplett hinueber, weich und jede einzelne Feder spuerbar. Ein 7/Eleven ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und auf der Hauptstrasse gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Das Hotel hat WIFI, in der ersten Etage ist es extrem leistungsfaehig, die Zugangsdaten erhaelt man bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Fuer die Durchreise als stop over ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall OK, das Preis Leistungs Verhaeltnis ist gerade noch OK. Der Busbahnhof ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar, weshalb dieses Hotel fuer Reisende nach und von Laos interessant sein duerfte.

Ofrece lo que se paga, igual incluso un poco más. Aunque tiene aspectos mejorables y su mantenimiento es regular, se compensa por su bajo precio. Así que la relación calidad-precio se mantiene buena. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme. (¿Por qué me obligan a valorar el restaurante como campo obligatorio? No lo he probado. No puedo -ni debería- opinar.)
