GOOD VALUE”
If u are looking for a good place with a small budget you should go there. This hostel has free coffee/tea, refilled water and some sweet biscuits. Owner is very helpful, he helps us to find a small shop to find motorbikes which is not so easy to get in Lampang. Go there if u are a backpacker or a traveler, the best value in town. Negative point : Away from the center/bus station

Value for money”
Value for money but you can also find similar facility/price around the area. The place is conveniently next to the road but also has a very "limited" parking space, if you drive and arrive late. The staircase is also very steep which quite difficult to bring up the luggage if you have a large one. It is situated next to the main road. Hence you might have difficulty to get a proper sleep if you are a light sleeper. The place is next to the road but not near to the shopping malls.

Two night stay”
Way out of city. Have to phone for taxi to go anywhere which is expensive. Not on bus route. Bed was a mattress on the floor which I struggled with being in my 60’s.

Very far from the centre. Not very clean and the staff was never there when u needed something...so u look for them evwrywhere.

Did not stay. The title is misleading : this is quite far from city center. And directly on the main road, so very noisy.

Overall very good”
the beginning was a bit weird there was no one at the reception when we arrived and the room was not that clean. But it turned out the owner is such a nice person and always willing to help. Speaks a good basic english and I was quite pleased with the place. We were due to some problems late with the check out (2pm)and the owner did not charge us. Very nice. U have water in the room. free coffee and snaks. Based on the price u pay I can say this is a very good house. Be aware that it is situated to a noisy main street, we had a room to the back so it was no problem at all. It takes 10 minutes to the city by motorcycle. U should be motorised. U can rent motorcycles right there as well. provided by the owner.

2ème séjour au Malai Place que j'avais déjà apprécié... arrivé avant 12 h (à vélo), j'ai attendu à peine 10 minutes pour avoir ma chambre ! 2 vis perdues sur ma monture, le gérant a été en acheter et me les a offert gratuitement ! à la fin de mon séjour, dès 6 h le matin tout était prêt pour que j'ai un petit déjeuner avant mon départ. Pour ma part rien à dire que des compliments, content de ma chambre et de tout le reste, y compris de l'emplacement excentré de la ville, j'y reviendrai encore avec plaisir (à propos de certains commentaires négatifs, n'oubliez pas que vous avez choisi dans les tarifs les plus bas sur Lampang, ne critiqueriez-vous pas un peu au dessus de vos moyens ? :)

Camera molto sporca. Muffa sulle piastrelle del bagno probabilmente mai pulite. Specchio con ancora gli schizzi di dentifricio di qualcun'altro. Ragnatele in ogni angolo. Frigo sporco. Propongono camera con balcone quando il balcone è pieno di immondizia e piastrelle rotte.

위치는 람팡 시내나 터미널,역이랑 많이 떨어져있어서 오토바이가 없다면 툭툭이나 택시 타는 수 밖에는 없어요. 저는 오토바이 빌려서 다녔는데 걸어다니시는 분들은 많이 불편할 것 같아용 개인 룸이 1박에 만원정도라 정말 저렴하고 방 자체도 잘 갖춰져있어요! 옷장도 화장대도 있구 다만 건물 자체가 오래된 감이 있어요ㅠㅠ 구석에 거미줄있고 왕거미도 있어서 혼자 쓰기 무서웠어요ㅠㅠ 아침 여덟시쯤? 굉장히 일찍 도착했는데도 주인분께서 바로 체크인 해주시구 오토바이 빌리고싶다니까 빌리는곳까지 태워다주셔서 넘 좋았어요~~ 차랑 쿠키 커피같은 것들도 구비되어 있었어용~~

体验本地生活”
当地家庭式旅馆，非常适合体验泰国当地人的生活，楼下是老板自己住的地方，老板非常帅气，儿子也很可爱。地板打扫得很干净，有一种在自己家里房间的感觉。房子后面是当地人的民居，过马路对面有一个当地的公园，晚上很多人在跑步锻炼。附近的市场、夜市都非常本土。如果有长假期，在清迈、曼谷待久之后想远离喧嚣的城市，可以利用三四天时间来这样没有游客的小城镇体验一下生活。
