Melia KL - 28Feb to 1st Mar 2020 (Fri-Sun) Always my favourite hotel The Level - 2 x Connecting Rooms I am a Regular Guest in Melia, KL. I was served by Leina. I was very impressed with the service this time after my last review. Encik Hassan was always happy to see and assisted me when I arrived. My stay was pleasant and they did their very best to make me satisfied. Thank You Leini and Ina for your great assistance for getting my rooms ready before I arrived. Please note that there is no free parking for guests. You need to endorse the parking ticket at the reception everytime before you drive out and need to pay RM8.

Best hotel for staycation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur”
We (me and wife) went for staycation in this hotel on 11-12 September 2021. Nothing to do, just to relax and went for night life in Bukit Bintang after stuck at home during MCO. What can we say, the hotel is great in term of their location, check-in process, room cleanliness and their breakfast quality. The location is very strategic as it is within walking distance to Times Square, Lowyat, Sungei Wang plaza and other main attraction in Bukit Bintang. Check-in is smooth, no issue. Room is very clean facing the the Times Square, the toilet is clean. The breakfast is great eventhough with limited variety. Only the drawback is the parking. No free parking, meaning we have to pay RM 10 during our stay.

Excellent location in the heart of Bukit Bintang area”
Melia is one of my favorite hotel each time I'm coming to KL. The hotel just opposite the Monorail station (Imbi Station) and Berjaya Times Square. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walks to Pavillion, and other shopping malls in Bukit Bintang area. The room is nice, comfortable and the furniture were upgraded and decent. Breakfast is just nice, but not much option (during my visit). Well probably because this is Covid's time so not many visitors coming to Malaysia. so they literally minimize the menu size I guess. Because I remember the last time I checked in to this hotel (before Covid) there were variety of food. The only thing that frustrated me during my last visit was the TV channels. Not much options. If I am not mistaken there were less than 20 channels which mostly not entertaining me at all.

Location - very strategic- near monorail. Literally just walk few step to monorail -infront berjaya time squre. -beside got kk mart & 7 11. So convenient! Hotel -from receptionist to cleaner, all so friendly & helpfull. Due to mco, no dine in, so breakfast will be send directly to room. And punctual too. -the hotel room same with picture. Room infront berjaya time square. So satisfied! - but, one thing need to highlight. The room is nice,but the toilet litle bit creepy. Maybe because of deem light and dark tiles. Overall, im a happy guest.

Convenience At Its Best”
Located within walking distance to : Times Square Plaza Lowyat Sungei Wang Pavilion KL (A bit far but the walk is bearable) Basically all entertainment district in KL are pretty accessible. The rooms were okay. Not too small but not too spacious as well. I requested a large bed but given twin beds instead. (That’s understandable) It’s worth the money if you wish for a comfortable place to sleep in and enjoy all the entertainments nearby. I truly enjoyed my time here and appreciate all the helpful staff during my stay.

The checkin was quick thanks to Ms. Bee and her trainee Alejandro. They were quick and very polite, bee exudes leadership and is a wonderful front person. During check-out also, i think her name was ms. Prema, showed us just wonderful experience. Excited to go back and stay with you guys again. Improvement i might suggest is to train more your security and bell boys because they are the first person we encounter, they just ruin the overall look of the hotel, the vibe and aura. There was no welcoming presence from them and never greated us, said hi and also assisted us with out luggage(even just for show purposes) it is a big disappointment because they really stood out from arriving and leaving the hotel. overall WONDERFUL. Situated in heart of KL Golden Triangle, you will have to stay more than a day to discover places nearby. Hotel are in good shape, big and clean also friendly staff. Parking space is a bonus, and fees really affordable when you be the guest. Buffet breakfast are awesome. Swimming pool quite small but clean and maintaned. Overall I'm satisfied staying here. Will consider this place again in next visit. Tq Melia for your hospitality.

I go to Kuala Lumpur at least quarterly since last year, and thankfully, I got a good price for this booking. - Perfect location, right beside Imbi Monorail Station - Right in front of Berjaya Times Square - Very near Jalan Alor and my favorite Bukit Bintang strip - Big, clean room - Excellent staff, greets you really well, and attends to needs - Highly satisfactory breakfast buffet -- yummy croissant, cheese, and make-your-own bruschetta! For sure, my new default KL hotel (Previously Parkroyal)

Spacious room in great location ”
I was impressed with the room size and the cleanliness as well. King size bed was massive with plenty seating (desk and window) - shower only no bath but the dark tiles made it look glam with the rainfall showerhead. Conveniently across from Times Square Mall and a 10 mins walk to Pavillion. I had a really pleasant stay, won't mind checking in again next time.

Melia really made my day. The room was superb i can be in th bathtub while enjoying k.l view straight from the bathroom! The k.l view was amazing. Its pretty easy to go shopping as the shopping complex only across. The room is perfect the pillow make me overslept lol the breakfst is really good! The staff is really helpful special thanks once again to Mr Thiru who was helping alot not only assist on the booking.. the room services .he even give a hand to help to guide for the place that i wanted to go as he made my day perfect! Old brand hotel,but the hotel like NEW hotel..thumbup to housekeeping..the cleaniness top of my expectation..this i my 2nd visit,i can say WOW!!!!VERY RECOMMENDED.. 1MORE THING ABOUT CAR PARKING..Hopefully the management can give free parking to guest visit/stay the hotel.. I stayed in The Level Suite which was guaranteed an early check in at 11am and check out at 2pm with pre-dinner benefits from 3pm to 5pm. All are top notch from the cleanliness to comfortability. Room is very spacious with bath tub and two toilets. Food is tasty but breakfast buffet need more variety.

Took include breakfast and breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel located opposite of Berjaya Times Square. Just a walking distance to most attractions and shopping mall. The only downside was that guest have to pay for the parking ticket which supposed to be free since we stayed at the hotel. Overall, worth the stay!

Location just opposite of Berjaya Times Square. Got a bridge that link into the mall. Very near to Monorail Station (Imbi Station) only 50 metres away. The elevator so nice, quite luxurious, got to see the view outside. Toilet/bathroom not so many amenities. Can see KLCC from my room's window. Certain parts of my body got itchy at night maybe because of the bedsheet. No smart TV and the TV programs are boring. Luggage room service can use up to 24 hrs after checkout and its an extra point! Breakfast buffet is okay. hashbrown is nice :D Overall i satisfied with my stay
