It was ok overall but on the day I left, I discovered a friend's guesthouse in the same area was much nicer and a little cheaper. A guess a con is the wi-fi as rather than being included in the price, you pay a daily rate.

There were huge bugs on my pillow, bad light but good air conditioning. Pretty far from the center if you want to walk.

10 min walk off main street, good 4 eat/shopping”

It's proved to be only 8 - 10 min walk off the landmark "Prajack Rotary" and both of Phosiri or Tahan roads, but could be a bit hard for the 1st timer to find the place - I had to ask a few locals to reach there. My advice is turn off into ขุมขนทองคำอุทิศ 1,2 alley - located on the other side of the Rajabhat Univ. on Tahan Rd. - and walk straight to the Wat (dead-end) and you'll find the Hotel on the left-hand side in the 3-way corner. In hindsight, it was found to be located only a few min's walk off Phosriri Rd. too. Due to its vicinity to the University, the alley is packed w/lots of internet cafes and eating stalls, which especially in the evening are frequented by uniform-clad students. The pricing seemed to be a bit cheaper than those in BKK. The flip side of such a city-center location of the Hotel is, needless to say, rather a noisy environment, which could interfere with your sleep. Otherwise, the Hotel offers value for money.

the room is simple and to expensive. the owner has to learn how to be friendly to costumers that will be a good beginning. the dishes from the food are in the corridor the whole day and it stinks. i also give them recommendation sometimes to open the windows from the room that there will be no smell in the room.

the lady owner was not very friendly. they really have to learn how to talk in a pollite way with costumers. there is cleaning staff all around the clock but the dishes from food are in the corridor all time and nobody cleanse it thats dirty.

Great place to stay after trip to Laos”

Walking distance to the bus station, night market and shopping centre. Large and clean rooms. Internet was extra charge, didn't use it as was having sim with 3g. Stayed only one night as was just transiting but wouldn't mind to stay longer.

near city center you can walk only 5 minute and you can try a lot of local food there

A long stay hotel on arrival reception wasclosed ”

On arrival at seven in the morning everything was closed and only an hour later we were allocated a room. Besides a room there was nothing there but a closed bar in the front with later that evening very noisy people. Daytime reception with a pleasant old lady who did not know anything in Thai and certainly not English. The proprietor told us later that this Mono Place was meant for long stay and that Agoda persuaded her to put it up for vacant rooms when available. Oh, in contrast to 'ordinary' hotels Mono place required to be paid for the service.

great value for the money. Would have like free Wifi (had to pay for it) but the room was large, clean and was really a room that you would rent as an apartment monthly. Reasonably close to shopping at UD Town walking mall (15 minute walk)

Hotel next to a temple”

My g.f and I didn't end up staying here since the hotel was next to a temple. I stayed at other hotels near temples and you hear the bells going off at 6a, which makes it hard to sleep through. For being around 350B the room was decent, but the walls seemed thin and you could hear noise from outside even on the 4th floor. Thus, this hotel is good if you are out with friends partying and want somewhere to crash, or if you are a deep sleeper it'd be okay. It seemed to be near decent nightlife, BUT it's right next to a temple and they ring their bells each morning early on (from what I heard).
