Good place to strongly recommend, new building, large parking lot & scent of coffee.”
Mattress is firm slept and fulfill basic of good room. Enjoy seeing big fishes pool & a small horse. Suitable for guest with vehicle only, here is reasonable price with simple breakfast.

Cheap stop over hotel - clean, good value for cheap price paid, plentiful parking. Need your own car as otherwise it's not near anything. Used as a stop over en route to Koh Chang - checked in late, left early.

Stayed one night on the way to Koh Chang. Easy to find, clean room, great a/c, nice breakfast. Incredibly good value. Will stay here next time

Only if it not too noisy at night (sounds of vehicles) and maybe make it a better room location for small children or infants. Anyways, my next trip will also consider this hotel.

It was quite new building at that time @ location near the university, but it will be a bit noisy if we have the group tourist around you.

The hotel is actually a service apartment. Good location, not far from the old town. Breakfast is OK since we didn't expect much about it.
