Perfect place! ”

Sabaidee House was super nice! The pool is clean and beautiful, the rooms are nice and quite big, the garden is also lovely and the breakfast is perfect! I really liked the place and the owners were very nice. I will definitely go back there if I have the chance to go to Sukhothai again!

If you need a couple of quiet nights in-between Bangkok’s or Chiang Mai this is perfect! You can explore the old city in the day and come back to the outdoor swimming pool and restaurant in the evening. Rooms are good too!

I would like to rate this accommodation with a 5 but there were some cons. The rooms were 2 hours late to get ready. At least the swimming pool was more than nice. The restaurant was great and the shakes were delicious and fresh, but there were only one staff who could speak a good english and could communicate with the guest properly, but they all were nice anyway. The rooms were good and spacious but one of them the shower were not draining good and it got flooded. It is a good accommodation, and definetely we would not mind to stay longer or come back, but there are little things to improve.

Very helpful staff, fetched us up from the busstation and brought us back, new scooter to rent, nice garden to sit for the breakfast, very good coffee, breakfast was ok, very calm place, but without the scooter it could be difficult to come back from the Historical Park if you are late. We got a upgrate, because the room we booked smelled. There was a flooding three months ago. Maybe this was the reason. The room we got was perfekt.

Tranquil setting with great staff”

The staff went out of their way to make us very welcome. The pool and gardens are immaculate and provide a beautiful setting to relax after a day sight seeing. The meals at the on-site restaurant were tasty and good value. We will definitely visit again if traveling in Thailand.

Warm welcome by Khun Tee with cool towel and cold water. Lovely comfortable quiet room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Verandah overlooking the swimming pool. Beautiful garden and nice eating area. Food is available and tasty but breakfast is simple white toast and eggs. Highly recommended

(+) On the road to the old city (bus stop at 100m), free cycles or scooter to get into town (2min). Warm welcome and very friendly staff. Very nicely kept place including a super-clean pool. Nice and clean room. It's a pitty we couldn't stay here longer!

What a wonderful place this is! We had a lovely bungalow with an extremely comfortable bed, opposite the small but clean swimming pool which is a real boon after a hot day at the historical park. You can clearly see that the owner takes pride in his garden. Extremely friendly staff and very reasonable prices, and a surprisingly good restaurant too. Bus stop is just down the road. Do stay here if you want to avoid the busy roads of New Sukothai. Would definitely come again!

We enjoyed staying at Sabaidee Guesthouse! The place is perfect to go to the old city (on the road to the bus), you can enjoy the swimming pool, the food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff is helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this place!
